For literally no reason at all, seeing Oliver Queen, Harley punched him in the balls. She must have done this before because rather than grow angry Dinah simply pinched the bridge of her nose, shook her head, and said, "Really, Harley?"

"Really. Gotta keep Mr. Green Arrow on his toes. The world can't be safe if he's too relaxed."

Meanwhile, the man in question clutched his groin, his voice reduced to a strained, breathless whimper. His world seemed to shrink down to the intense pain radiating from that unfortunate area.
