Graveyard Fun Part Two

Giles tuned out Willow and Xander talking about if Buffy might call again or Willow asking Jenny if either her Wicca contacts or TechnoWicca contacts had any more luck of tracking Buffy after she left some biker bar at the end of Las Vegas two days ago.

He knew that Jenny had zero luck as not even the Council could get low down on supernatural movements inside that city!

They all knew after leaving some seedy motel after a few hours inside the Highway Hellions MC bar that Buffy and her demonic pal, Trixie ended up at yet ANOTHER club house owned by the Highway Hellion MC outside of Las Vegas.

And he and Jenny already knew what happened there two nights ago that had him worried. The Council was well known for terminating a Rogue Slayer. A Rogue Slayer gone Bad normally had them taking out all safety measures and quickly ending said Bad Slayer. But this time prophecy was standing in the way!

It appears on the very night that Buffy began her wild night across the ocean in a retreat for the Council in Scotland a prophecy had bees mostly revealed.

Giles has seen the three foot tall by three food wide stone tablet ages ago and recalled how important it was to not just the Council but Mankind as well.

In it showed three worn demonic images with hundreds of breeds of demons under their blurred heads. Facing that horde and the three demonic gods that many believed to be the Wolf, the Ram and the Hart was seven figures. Four carved to look like armored knights with swords drawn, two dresses in monk robes with hoods raises and the last a Wizard holding a staff with an orb at the top of it.

If even one if the Seven wasn’t there it meant a million lives would be lost all over the globe. It was one of the most important prophecies the Council held.

If the Seven lost dozens of Hellgates would form and legions of demons would invade dooming the Earth to become a new Hell Dimension.

Giles had heard that the carving of the Wizard had fallen off around the time the Master died, revealing a detailed carving of who the Wizard was to be, proclaiming the first of the Seven!

The Wizard was none other than Sir Warren Travers, the famed Watcher Sorcerer Supreme. That man made Quinten and other hard line members of the Council seem tame and rational!

On the night Buffy had reached Reno a second carving had fallen to reveal the Second just as the Council was biting to have Buffy killed. It showed a detailed carving of NOT just Buffy, but if her wielding the famed Scythe of the Slayer making her DOUBLY important to the prophecy.

Armed with that the Council was pulling out all the spots to find and CURE Buffy of her corruption. It was said the Slayer in that prophecy would have the power to awaken ALL Potential Slayers for the pending End of Days Battle.

It was unknown if she could wield it having been corrupted, but some thought she could and in turn when she awaken the Potentials they would not just become Slayers but carry Buffy’s corruption too!

If she was not cured or means found to shift her part in the prophecy then Buffy could create a demonic Slayer Army!

All that was besides the point as Giles was more focused on what happened in the vampire nest that had for decades been the prison for the Lyz’Byn demoness called Mistress Kumalot!

It as she was called in the mystic underworld of Sunnydale, Queen Kummi!
