Getting a mission

Exiting the room, Jessie and Jessica made their way down the hall. Walking in step, feelings of euphoria came over the twins. They were going on their first mission. This was so exciting.

"I wonder what it'll be?" Jessica thought and reached out to her sister's hand. This all felt so surreal. But at the same time, she knew that this would all work out. Why else would her sister take the time to break her free from the things that bind her down as Ash?

"Probably something small." Jessie answered and tightened her grip on Jessica's hand. It felt so good in hers, like a part of her that had been missing had been returned to her. Which was odd, considering that she had nothing in the way of a sister in the first place. This had all been a crime of opportunity, once that Jessica had passed with flying colors.

Looking to her left, their destination came into view. An unassuming door with nothing in the way of signage, that didn't stop the twins from picking up the pace and making their entrance. Inside, a sterile room with a terminal near the back awaited. Making their approach, the women took care to prepare themselves for whatever might be given.
