Fresh air
While Ethan would never consider himself somebody who walked recreationally, he had to admit there was a certain appeal. From time to time.
Maybe it was the fresh air of the country, but Ethan definitely could feel his worries and woes lifting away. And to think, he’d only been walking fifteen minutes.
So far, he’d avoided the town center, not really interested in stares and small talk, instead favoring a road that would, if he committed to it, take him on a loop around the perimeter of Green Valley. That noted, doing so would take quite a long time. Despite being a small town, the area it covered was nothing to sneeze at. He could spend hours walking, so at some point or another, he would have to turn back.
But he wasn’t in a rush.
