TWO WEEKS EARLIER - Creating a new world order

Warren looked around at all the people including the Slayer bowing before him.

"I have the power." he thought to himself, "YES"

He walked over to the kneeling Buffy and grabed her by the hair tilting her head so her eyes looked into his. "Looks like I win slayer, your now mine, now say it."

"I'm yours." Buffy replied.

"Tell everyone here about my superiority and defeating you."

"Warren is the greatest villan ever, he has defeated me and now I am his." Buffy said.

"It'll do for now but you can work on before announcing your defeat to the world."

"As you wish."

Looking around Warren noticed that the Vampires, demons and some other beings including Rack were quickly leaving the area. He thought about sending Buffy, Faith, Kennedy and the other slayers to deal with thm but considering what he had instore for them they may as well get out of the habbit of slaying now. of course the fact that these beings were not affected by his powers meant there would be resistance to him and his plans as well as potential enemies. Good every evil genious should have a nemesis to fight.

Once again looking over the crowd he decided he had no personal use for the men and told them to leave and just go about their lives as normal and await his master plan as for the women he ordered them to follow him to a nearby TV station where using his powers he was welcomed by all.

He had cameras set up in a studio and had all the women get down on their hands and knees before him.

He had wanted to transmit worldwide and enslave everyone but this was only a local newsttion but it would do for now.

"Greetings everone." said Warren, "I am you lord, master and god and am here to rule you. I'm sure that I will come up with new ways to improve things as time goes by but first I need to address the first main problem, Women, so i've come up with a few simple rules to sort them out."

1. From now all Females shall no longer be known as women they shall be known as Sluts, whores, cunts, bitches and other degrading terms by all.

2. All Females shall relinquish any use of intellegence, from this moment forth they shall never have an IQ exceeding 80 and the smarter they were the stupider they will now be. They will now only be educated to fill their new **** duties.

3. From now on all Females shall dress in sexy slutty attire only mini skirts no more than 6 inchs or hotpants, heels no less than 6 inches, low cut revealing tops tight tops stocking, surpenders slutty makeup etc I'm sure most of you already know what I mean.

4. Females shall acknowledge men as their masters and me as their god, they will refer to me as master and may not refuse them anything especially sex any where anytime anyway as long as it does not countermand the orders of another man.

5. Females will always imagine they are fucking me when having sex, this is the only way they my enjoy the experience. Natually actually fucking me will be better than imagining it.

6. A minimum breast size law will be past. All females over 16 must be at least the new mimimim size before the end of the month or they will face punishment. I don't care if they do it by magic or implants just get it done. This size will be voted for by the men tomorrow so don't say that I'm not being fair guys

"Thats all I can think of just now if i have more I'll add it later." said Warren turning to Buffy, "Of course for my defeated arch nemesis a far more degrading and defeating set of rules need to be passed to govern her new existance."
