First class in Hypnosis

As you open the door, you see that the rest of the class is already inside. Most are too busy talking to each other to notice you, save a few who looked your way upon your groups entry. The ones that see you start to eye you up. You really wish you could hide yourself like yesterday. You look away from some of the stares and walk over to two empty seats with Olivia in tow, Taking the seats near the back of the room.

It becomes slightly uncomfortable as you see who's still watching you. You see the succubus, Karyna from yesterday in a very modest outfit, a sweater and a long skirt. She seems uncomfortable in her current attire. It looks like she's looking between you and Olivia, which explains why her face turns into a frown for a second. Along with the succubus, you see the elf in a green regal dress, staring at you with a soft smile and half closed green eyes. Wow, she's kind of ho- No! Get a hold of yourself. She's still wearing the same attire from orientation it seems. She's wearing a regal dress that looks a little small on the skirt area. Said skirt is white with a green stripe around the end of it and has red gems hanging on chains around her hips.

You look to the other side of the room and see the others who saw you. You see Veronica and Abby wave at you, its nice to see some friendly faces in here. The next face right next to them didn't seem as friendly. It is the lamia, and she's staring right at you and licking her plump lips with a long thin tongue. She has long wild purple hair that falls to her back. Her skin is light and her scales are red. She wears a tank top that hugs her form, displaying her large breasts as it holds them. She winks to you and turns around. Your cheeks heat up a little from that.

What is taking the teacher so long to get here? Your question is answered as the door opens and reveals a breath taking sight. Entering the room is a tall black human woman with long legs, wide hips, and a large chest. She's wearing a white sundress with grey stipes going across the whole dress, and sandals. Atop her head is a sun hat that crowns above her brown hair. She walks to the front of the class and clears her throat. This gets the attention of the whole class.

"Ah-hem. I need your attention please. Its time to learn." She speaks. Wow! Her voice is so soothing. You shake your head a little and look back to her.

"My name is Sophia Lockwood, and I will be teaching you all about hypnosis for the year. Now before any of you decide that this class is irrelevant to you, understand this. Hypnosis is the core class that'll help you succeed here in M.C.U." Ms. Lockwood introduced herself. She looks around the class as she continues, frowning a little as she hears some scoffing.

"I understand that we have a few skeptics here. Perhaps a demonstration is in order. Ms. Stacy Green, would you step up to the front of class with me?" She turns to the scientist in the black lab coat. Said scientist stands up and walks up to Ms. Lockwood, facing her.

"I don't mean to offend you, but hypnosis is just a measly parlor trick. Any at all research behind it is just plain crap coming from a wild imagination." Stacy says with the upmost confidence. You think she's in for a rude awakening, or a rude sleep, whatever the correct term for the situation is. Ms. Lockwood then sets a chair beside them and turns to Stacy Green.

"I see." Ms. Lockwood says as she puts a hand on her shoulder, making eye contact.

"So if I were to put my hand here and start rocking you from side to side, you wouldn't feel yourself becoming sleepy?"

"Yes. That's correct." Stacy replies. Ms. Lockwood then grabs her hand with the other and rubs the back of it.

"And if I start rubbing your hand like this, you wouldn't become relaxed?"

"Its nice and all... but...no." Stacy's speech begins to slow as this continues.

"Of course, because you are too smart to be hypnotized right?"

"Yes."

"Too clever to get tired."

"Yes."

"Too sharp to be sleepy."

"yes." Her words are starting to get a little quieter. Ms. Lockwood then raises her hand off Stacy's shoulder and snaps her fingers.

*snap* "SLEEP!" She commands and Stacy fall forward onto her shoulder. Wow! she's good. Ms. Lockwood sets her up onto the chair and begins to whisper something in her ear. *snap* She snaps her fingers again and turns back to the class.

"Now class, what you just saw is proof that even the smartest of minds are just as easy to control as dumber ones. So lets begin. I know someone who is paying the most attention right now." Ms. Lockwood says as she walks behind Stacy. It seems she hypnotized her to pay extra attention.

"Now hypnosis is an altered state of mind caused by focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestion for the subject. For the hypnotist, it is the domination of the mind of your subject. There are many ways that a hypnotist can take control, such as the induction that I have just demonstrated. Thru ought your time here, you'll learn many other ways to take control of someone in your other classes, but lets focus on this class, as it will inspire your ideas for future conquests." Ms. Lockwood explains as she pulls out something from her pocket. It looks like a pendant with a big ruby on it.

"Now many inductions require a focus. Something to keep your subjects mind distracted as you begin to take control. Some good examples are a pocket watch, a spiral, a coin on a string, anything you can swing or spin before your target's eyes. Like this pendant I have here." She continues as she lets her pendant dangle.

"Now I'm going to hypnotize Ms. Green again, this time with my pendant. All of you may feel free to join in and become hypnotized along with her. I promise I won't make you all my slaves doing so. Sometimes knowing what it feels like to be hypnotized can help you in the long run." Ms. Lockwood explains as she dangles the pendant in front of Stacy, starting to swing said pendant back and forth. Stacy's eyes lock onto the pendant, following every swing.
