First Round

"This is Katie Shaw from the CAW network, hoping to get an interview with Mama Luv after today's events." Shaw says on the fairground when she sees Mama fast walking past her.

"Mama! Mama! Can we get a word with you about tonight's ma..."

Mama grabs a woman's shoulder and spins her around to reveal its Ebony.

"Hey, I was looking for you. Where were you?"

Ebony took off her shades, "Oh, you were worried about me? Like you were worried about me when I broke my wrist and you just threw me on top of those sluts to get a pin? The same sluts you are best friends with now, the same ones who did this to me."

Ebony holds up her bandage hand.

Mama sighs, "We been over this, I was caught up in the heat of the moment and besides the movie and tv show deals I have with the Best Friends are purely for business. People like our chemistry together just like they like ours during the Great Fury and signed us up together. Despite what that bitch Mcvan says, they are not my best friends, you are. Now where were you, I was worried."

Ebony looks away for a second and says, "I was walking the fairgrounds and decided to watch the first match and remembering better times when my best friend didn't stab me in the back with not letting me work on tv!"

"You would've gotten work if you answered your damn phone everyonce in a while!"

" Everrrything alrrright?" A man's voice with a Russian accent says.

Mama looks and sees:

"What is he doing here? Isn't he the same man who ass **** you in the ring two years ago?"

"He is." Ebon says wrapping her arm around his meaty one, "Ivan was the one I went to when I was lost and needed guidance. He even showed me a few tricks to heal my wrist faster, see..."

Ebony moves her fingers a bit under her cast, "Couldn't do that before."

"And you too kan get same rrresults if kome under ving of me. I kan show you love of the goddess."

"Um... no thanks. I forgot to take my crazy pills today. Ebony are you sure about this guy, I mean didn't he says that they call him Mad Ivan?"

Ivan growls under his breath but Ebony gets in the way, "Only by people who didn't know any better, like yourself."

Mama holds her hands up, "Whoa, I'm sorry if I came up offensive, I was just worried about you that's all. There are all types of crazies here and we didn't make many friends the last time we were in this country."

"Don't worry I can take care of myself."

"Okay, just come see me okay? I really want to make up with you over what happened last year. I feel really bad about you missing the tournament twice in a row."

Ebony looks at Mama and looks down in doubt, "I'll think about it."

Music is heard.

"Come Ivan, I think it's time for you to go."

Both walked away and Mama sighs.

She turns to Katie who has a mike in hand, "What do you want?"

The scene changes to the ring.

"Well, folks that was an interesting dynamic between Mama and Ebony."

"I say that their friendship has cooled down over the past year when it was before red hot."

"Well, what red hot is this first round, so let's get to it!"
