Extra Chapter: Midnight's Misfortune

Location: Alley behind Midnight's apartment

Midnight was behind the alley of her house, curled up in a ball hugging her own legs, crying away, trying to cheer herself up and not to think of whatever is happening back at her apartment, she couldn't help but feel guilty of Mei's fate, she practically tossed her under the bus but what was worse is that she wasn't crying for Mei but rather herself, she felt herself useless, weak, powerless and overall she felt cold, she wanted to feel warm, to feel good, to sleep in her own bed but instead she was in a dark cold alley crying her sorrows away while dressed like a prostitute too, her short miniskirt and her bra showing off. She didn't have to dress like that but she felt maybe like this Jack would pay her more attention, would care more about her... Of course he did not.

Her trail of thoughts would snap back into reality as she realised she suddenly wanted, looked for approval from Jack, she wanted to be seen by him, she felt herself disgusted before standing up trying to gather herself together, not everything was lost, there was a change another student will notice her, will notice that she is in pain instead of her tits and ass and think lewd things of her... Of course there is a whole academy ready to help her, she couldn't stay like this, she had to do something, well she couldn't do something... BUT SOMEONE ELSE COULD! She just had to keep her hopes up and endure, she was another victim, but she was going to resist like one.

She quickly stood up preparing herself, she knew she couldn't go upstairs until he was done with Mei and she could feel from tingles in her brain that right now they must be fucking... That and the sudden shouts and moans coming from the floors above, he really was a beast in the bed, she felt herself getting wet thinking she could be there instead if she behaved before clearing her mind again from those disgusting thoughts

"WHAT THE HELL AM I THINKING! I am hero for god's sake, retired or not, I am mind controlled but that doesn't mean I've lost, I can sitll do this, Why am I even standing here receiving the cold, I can go back to-" Midnight felt her phone ringing pulling it out and giving it a look she realised it was Pixie-Bob calling, one of the Wild Wild Pussycats, she quickly took a deep breath, cleaned her tears and changed her tone of voice "Hiiii Pixie, How are you? Why are you calling?"

"Oh hi Midnight I was calling about this cute guy you mentioned, Jack, We have decided to take him for hero course and to work as assistant for our hero agency"

Midnight choked, trying not to cry, but a sudden shock in her brain told her that she wasn't allowed to "OH RIGHT! Well what about Jack? What would you like to know?"

"Well we have thought on making a trip there, we are actually not too far, but we are still super busy with paperwork and trying to rank up in hero polls we are... Below 250 so... You know that's- Uhm- That's awful, nowadays no one goes to our camp, n-not even U.A like they did before, nor request for us to be part of any hero attacks or missions, we are kind of stuck doing things like vigilante jobs, or going around doing rounds with the cops and uhm- Wait what did I call for again?"

Midnight sniffed "Uhm- Jack?"

"Oh yeah so we would love to have someone new, young, someone who could potentially help us out too, we haven't had a request like that since ragdoll lost her quirk... Hahaha yeah..."

"A-are you okay?"

"Hm? OH YEAH YEAH YEAH, Is just that we have been talking and we are not sure if we should retire or disband and try going solo but, we are a bit useless to try and do that to be honest, we are just- I am just a bit exhausted of this situation we have"

"... Why not try to talk with other students? Maybe Jack is not the best"

"Oh no please Midnight we need this." Midnight felt herself guilty, wanting to scream about how dangerous Jack, but wether it was Jack's power or just simply the fact that she couldn't because she was scared or she was his accomplice she simply said.

"Don't worry... You will get him... Please take care Pixie"

"Thanks Midnight! You are a lifesaver! Who knows if he does great he could become my sidekick too! Or maybe Mandalay's apprentice since they both have mind quirks and all! Hahaha! We... We actually been thinking, would you be interested in going back to heroing? Perhaps as a team, we can always use a fourth Wild Wild Pussycat"

"Isn't Ragdoll part of the team?"

"She is... Quirkless so she is doing secretary work for us... BUT SHE IS PART OF THE TEAM YEAH! Fifth... Fifth one maybe? We could give you cute costumes and-"

"You are welcome Pixie" She sighed

And went back to the corner of the alley to cry, going back to feeling guilty, petty about herself.
