Ethan's sacrifice
As Ethan is freed from the bonds he was in and Danica was still distracted by Bella and Daphne he could make his escape. But he could hear Danica threaten the girls by making offhand comments like: "Now finally protected this place from that corruptive hunk and his criminal bimbos" and "I'l lock you and your sexy goons up, myself."
This made Ethan decide to sacrifice himself to save the three innocent 'women'. "Wait no! They're innocent.... of breaking ths law. Too seriously anyway. I'll cooperate. Just let them go.
