Epilogue

Ruby had to climb out of the pool before she could use her Semblance, giving the other students a generous look. Fortunately, that was all she had to content with, using her Semblance to hurry the rest of her way to her dorm. Most people only saw a collection of rose pedals.

Ruby dashed inside, then pulled on her pajamas before burying herself under the covers.

A few hours later, her team returned.

"Learned your lesson?" Yang asked.

"I'll never run around naked again," Ruby muttered into her pillow.

"And?" asked Blake.

"I won't torment people with mean pranks."

"What else?" Weiss asked.

Ruby looked up.

"I won't steal untested Dust," she said.

"Good," Weiss said, holding out a bag. "Here's dinner."

Ruby's stomach growled.

"Are you sure? For me?"

"Yeah, we figured you suffered enough for today."

Ruby took the bag and started munching.

"Thankfully, no one else saw me," she said with a full mouth. "We can just put this behind us."

Her teams shared knowing grins.

"R-right?" Ruby asked.

"There's something you should see. It's been making the rounds on social media," Weiss said, raising her Scroll. She selected a picture and turned it to Ruby. “Shame you can’t see it in print.”

Ruby dropped her food on the floor.

The picture was of the first group of students she tormented, all smiling brightly. And between all of them was Ruby Rose.

Naked and bare, grinning stupidly as she posed for the camera.
