Enjoying the time

Feeling Silvia's hand grab hold of hers, a feeling of comfort washed over Anna. When was the last time that she had actually felt something resembling such a feeling? Had to have been quite a while ago.

"How are you feeling?" Silvia whispered and watched Anna look away. Where to even begin with that question. Part of her wanted to say 'good', but that

"I've been better." Anna answered, doing her best to soothe out the torrent of emotions hanging tightly in her mind. Things were starting to look up here.

Not only had she managed to break free from the life that she had once thought she was trapped in, she had also met the love of her life. At the rate that things were going,

"I'm happy to hear that." Silvia answered, the credits for the show the couple was watching appearing on screen. "Ready to get a bite to eat now?"
