Duncan Assigns the Rooms

The four couples walked into the beach house and started looking around, getting a lay of the area. The beach house has the parking space beneath the house with two small queen size bedrooms on the lower floor along with the Livingroom, Dining, and Kitchen area with a porch looking out to the river. On the second floor, there was a third, small, queen size bed with a larger King Size bedroom with its own balcony.

Jake and Charlie were both wondering how they could get the master bedroom upstairs while Logan and Duncan were outside paying the owner the rent on the beach cabin. Scarlett and the girls guessed what they were thinking about but unlike them, Scarlett thought she knew what Duncan had in mind.

Logan and Duncan came back inside after paying for the beach house and a few other detail and Ducan said "Sooo, I was thinking about taking one of the rooms down here and I think we should give Jake and Alice the Master upstairs since they've been together the longest. What do you guys think?"

Nobody really wanted to object since Duncan seemed generous enough to actually forfeit any claim to that room and choose one of the smaller rooms downstairs with the shared bathroom. Jake and Alice couldn't believe their luck and quickly accepted the offer before anyone else could say anything. Charlie quickly asked for the other bedroom upstairs since it meant they wouldn't have to share the bathroom downstairs and this left Logan and Sharon with the last room downstairs.

"Well that settles it then," Ducan said rubbing his hands "Let's get changed and head to the beach, I got a surprise I think you guys will like."

Jake dropped their bags in the room and went to look outside the balcony. From up here, he had a pretty good view of the beach and the river. It was still early in the morning so most of the people in the area were still sleeping and some were starting to arrive for the weekend or a few students for Spring Break.

Even so, there were a few early birds out on the beach and even a few boats out on the river. One of the boats caught his attention. It was floating out in the middle of the river and the people seemed to be doing something that caught his attention 'Could it be? Are they really doing it out there?' he wondered. "She wants me to ask around about... someone." Like many times before she debated about whether to tell Jake or not about her role as Chief Editor of TattleRock for the High School Section. Vicky didn't know about Alice and her role in the TattleRock site, considering it to be 'just silly gossip' and not 'real news' even if she sometimes enjoyed the gossip. For Vicky, reading Tattlerock was like looking up her Zodiac Sign in the weekly horoscope, or getting the Tarots read by a gypsy, fun, but not something to be taken seriously. Today Vicky was asking Alice was exactly that, find out what gossip she could dig up on some of the other kids outside of her circle, And Alice knew just who to ask. 'Bonnie should know the answer, she hangs out with them all the time.' Alice thought.

Jake took the phone out of her hand and silenced her protest with a quick kiss. "Ok, ok. I know the news never stops... but do it later."

"Alright." Alice said, "Just let me tell her I'll get back to her later."

Jake shook his head and said "I'll do it." and typed in the message before handing back the phone and then started to change for their trip to the beach.

Alice fumed at having to wait till later, possibly even tonight before getting any information for Vicky but Jake was right she had to unplug herself a bit, unwind and have fun. After all, It could wait.

Jake started to change unto his swimming trunks but As he did so, he couldn't resist watching Alice strip and then put her bathing suit on. "Charlie! Alice and Jake are in the next room." She said.

"So what? You think they won't be doing stuff with us over here?" Charlie said and chuckled. "Maybe Alice can learn a trick or two to keep Jake happy."

"Later," Delilah said as she laid out her swimsuit and started to undress.

"You look really cute babe," Charlie said, his eyes roaming across her compact fit body.

"You like what you see?" Delilah cooed and gave a half bashful turn as she took off her bra.

Duncan finished putting on his swimming trunks and turned to watch Scarlett. Of all the people around him, he felt she was the one who helped him the most with his career in the student council. 'Well, not counting mom,' he corrected himself. Logan had been helpful, a well know and all-around popular guy and the same went for Heather and the cheerleaders she brought with her, but he felt that Scarlett had really helped him to understand and connect with people, helping him get the pulse of a crowd and what they wanted. He guessed her experience on stage with her band helped her 'read the crowd' as the saying goes and he was grateful for her. He guessed he could call her his right-hand man er woman.

He had already changed into his trunks, turning it into a show for Scarlett. He loved watching her laugh as he made his dick spin like a propeller. Finally, he watched her pick out a bathing suit for herself and start to walk out the door.

"Where're you going?" he asked confused, he thought she would change in the room with him and give him a chance to see her naked again.

"No freebie for you," she said. Duncan pouted at her words. True they weren't a couple. just friends with some sexy secret benefits and would probably be that way always. He didn't love her, and knew her feelings for him were the same. Still, he hated missing out on seeing her.

Scarlett walked into the bathroom to change and wondered about Duncan. Sometimes she worried that his obsession to get his father's attention would get him in trouble someday. She hoped it was just a phase and that once they went to college he would finally get over that need to compete and one-up his father. The other thing that sometimes worried her was the way he seemed to manipulate or rather steer the conversation and people to where he wanted them. Since he had always trusted and told her of his plans she knew he had never done that with her. Still, she guessed that was what they meant by playing politics. 'Why can't he just let go and have fun like everyone else and not take things so seriously.' she thought to herself.

Either way she hoped their plans for this trip would work out. The last two parties they had managed to swing together had been a lot of fun, she was thinking that maybe she could finally see for herself if some of those rumors were true when Sharon entered the bathroom.

Logan watched Sharon from the corner of his eyes. "Why did Charlie have to bring that slut with him." Sharon's harsh voice snapped him out of his revelry. He knew she was talking about Delilah.

"You know how Charlie is," Logan said trying to soothe Sharon. "He's just looking to have some fun."

"Yeah, but why did he have to pick her? I mean, he could have brought any of those other slutty girls out there. Why did he have to bring her!" Sharon said not trying to hide the annoyance she felt towards the other girl.

"Babe, you got to let go of that." Logan tried to reason with her. "Just because she's with the dance squad doesn't mean she's a bad person. They're not all bad." He didn't want to say it but he personally, actually he intimately, knew Jennifer and knew she wasn't a bad person.

"OH, come on Logan." Sharon wined "They're all sluts, you've heard what Heather said about them. They'll fuck anyone, I bet the only reason she passed Chemistry last semester was because she fucked Ward."

"I don't think that's what really happened." for a moment the memory of the rumors about the cheerleader squad briefly came to mind and it really was about the same as the dance squad. "Besides, even if it is true, what about it?"

"See you know I'm right," Sharon said triumphantly to which Logan just sighed in exasperation. Sharon came close to him and ran her fingers over his shirt and whispered "If we had gone with Heather there would have been a lot of girls for you, now you only have Scarlett to play around with."

"It's not about hooking up with everyone," Logan said.

"Okay, okay, I get it. I'm going to change." Sharon said with some frustration picking up a small bag and leaving the room.

"where are you going?" Logan asked confused.

"To the bathroom, to change," she said. "Maybe I can find someone more fun there." Logan's eyes went wide in surprise. Sharon just giggled while she lifted her bag and said "I just want to keep this a surprise as long as possible."
