Cyberpunk 2077

Damian selected the randomize option under the "Cyberpunk 2077" submenu. However, just as he went to load in, he noticed a glitch. His screen distorted slightly. The usual darkness surrounded him but something was off. His loading screen didn't display any of the various male Cyberpunk characters. Instead he saw a pale chick with weird yellow and pink eyes with greenish hair. The lines in her face appeared to be cybernetic enhancements. That was odd. Maybe father updated the game to show more than just the loading screen of the character you pick? That seemed kind of pointless.

The loading screen faded to black.

When he awoke, he didn't find himself in the middle of a combat scenario. The dimly lit room had several holographic screens and other advanced tech. He was laying on some kind of operating chair, similar to the kind he'd sat in at the dentist. What was even stranger was he couldn't move his body at all! Groggily glancing down, he saw he was still himself... but naked save for several blood soaked bandages all over. That didn't make any sense. Wouldn't he be out of place in a gritty neo noir setting? And why did he spawn in nude? He tried to move but the most he could do was twitch.

Something was wrong.

"Easy, there."

A man with dark hair wheeled over. The boy wonder say his reflection in the stranger's shades. He had a weird device strapped to his hand, metal tubing and wiring tracing down his middle, thumb, and index fingers. It reminded Damian of the glove Scarecrow wore to inject fear toxin into his victims. Needless to say, it was an unsettling sight. The boy only grew more nervous.

"You're safe here. Name's Viktor. I'm a Ripperdoc if you couldn't already tell."

A ripperdoc? That didn't sound good.

"You were pretty messed up when they found you. Managed to stabilize you for the time being. Anesthesia is still wearing off."

Vik pulled the screen over containing his vitals. He looked at the image of what was presumably Damian's anatomy. What caught Damian's eye was the skeleton he was looking at looked like an adult's.

"I'm not one for beating around the bush so I'll just come out and say it. You're lucky to be alive. Had your chooms not gotten you here in time, there wouldn't have been much for me to do. I'm going to restore your former glory based on the genetic template I have for you on file."
