None other than Catwoman needed Batman's help.

Selina had encountered a few cat-themed villains since she turned a new over a new leaf.

The first of which was someone aware of her secret identity. An old schoolmate at the orphanage she grew up in named Cassandra Cartland. She deduced Selina Kyle was actually Catwoman and created her own cat themed persona and gadgets similar to Selina's. Cartland dubbed herself "She-Cat" and began a series of high end heists. The local police didn't know any different and believed she was just Catwoman in a new costume rather than a new villain altogether. After a few skirmishes with her, Selina found herself to be evenly matched with her nemesis. Naturally, she asked for him to help her deal with this nuisance and clear her name once and for all.

The second thorn in her side was another cat-themed villain going by the name Cyber-Cat. After defeating her, Selina turned the villain's armor in to Bruce to study. It was used by Christina Chiles to **** many people, taking jobs from the League of Assassins. It would only benefit Batman to understand what kind of tech criminals were coming across so he could prepare to counter it in the field.
