Madeline found Carter, the facility's "I know a guy who has it" guy and informal merchant.

"Hey Carter." Madeline said, greeting the brunette Powder Ganger "I think I need to pick up some more supplies."

"You've come to the right place." Carter smiled at the good looking woman before him. If he was undressing her with his eyes Madeline noted that he didn't give that away.

"Just so you know, the NCR is putting the squeeze on us so prices aren't great." He sighed.
