Brooklyn

The portal whams she is where she wanted to land. Back in her house. She is right in the living room. The windows are open and wind brims around. As she stands there stark naked. Breathing in the beautiful air.

She felt so good. It was indescribable in words. She walks to her room and gets some sock on. Just some socks.

Then, she walked out of the house, and wear her shoes. Had anybody come out of their house at that time, they would've had a wonderful view.

But nobody did.

She turned on the watch again, and vanished into yet another portal.

Straight in Miles's bedroom. In Brooklyn. Naked.

He was on the bed. Listening to music. His eyes closed. She walks around the room. Found a book on the table. Flipped through its pages. She saw drawings and caricatures of her, literally on each and every page of the book. She smiled.

"What the…"

She turned around. And smiled. Miles has removed the headphones and is now sitting. His eyes widened. His jaw dropped.

Gwen turned around. Showing off everything. "How do I look?"

His jaw remained dropped.

He rubbed his eyes. Slapped himself. Then looked again. She is still there. It is real. She chuckled.

"What are you…" he stood up.

Gwen put the book and walks to him, and held his hands. He looked at her. And then at her face.

"I love you, Miles." Said she, as she embraced him tightly. "Please don't ever leave me again."

Miles wrapped his hands, quite hesitantly around her. "I uh- I won't."

The two embraced each other and remained that way for a long time…
