Brandi's Bringdown

Brandi Mayberry was an 18-year-old soon-to-be high school graduate. She only had two weeks left until the final day of school. She had been suspended three times in her high school career, twice for smoking and once for fighting, and she had a 2.25 average. If she got suspended once more, she'd be expelled, and she tried to keep out of trouble. When she turned 18, she moved out of her dad's house and in with her sister as she hated her dad's rules and all of his changing "bimbo" girlfriends. Her sister had one rule: Brandi graduate.

Brandi was in the girls bathroom. She was not happy. A nerdy girl, Claire, in her class would not let her cheat of her, and after class Brandi threatened to beat the crap out of the girl, but the girl just smiled and literally skipped away. Brandi stewed in the bathroom when she heard the door open.

Claire came in holding a child's toy wand. She skipped up to Brandi and smiled.

"So, ready to apologize?"

"What the fuck, bitch? Would it have killed you to help me?"

"Would it have killed you to study?"

"How about you study the inside of a toilet bowl...up close and personal?" Brandi turned and put her hands on her hips.

"I gave you a chance," said Claire. She waved the wand, and it glowed and sparkled then she shook it at Brandi, and it seemed sparks flew at her.

Brandi went to wave them away. The sparkles felt tingly and ticklish. "What the fuck, bitch?"

"Just...be...on...time for school...tomorrow...Brandi, dear." Claire turned and skipped out.

Brandi didn't know what to think about what happened. She shook her head and went back to class.

After school Brandi went home, put her earphones and blasted music and doom scrolled until her sister came home with a bag of tacos and chips for dinner. After dinner, Brandi went to her room to study as she could not afford to fail. Later she went to sleep.
