Bondage In Abandoned Warehouse

Batman creeped the Batmobile around a corner, he came to a Warehouse which was formely a distribution center, the center used to distribute metal sheeting, though the company shutdown which left this warehouse abandoned. The warehouse looked like your regular one, enough space to back a few semi trucks in. While the location was close to other warehouses this one in particular overlooked the ocean, giving a nice view of the sea.

As Batman disembarked his Batmobile Dick Grayson looked at him with confusion, he didn't know what Batman was going to do with The Penguin here. As Batman dragged The Penguin into the abandoned warehouse, he panted for a bit regaining his breath "I need some rope." Batman said deep and low.

Grayson looked around the abandoned warehouse trying to find some equipment, instead he found rusted out shelving racks along with dust and cobwebs among the shelves. Tim then found a brown rope some twins where sticking out from it's twirls due to the age but majority of the rope is still in tack.

Grayson brought the rope back to Batman, Batman then tied both of Penguins hands to seperate beams, his nude body would get hit by the cold breeze which made The Penguin slowly wake up.

"What the hell." The Penguin yelled, he noticed he was naked, his cock bobbed up and down from the motion he was standing, with all his strength he tried pulling downwards on the rope but nothing happened, The Penguin was Batmans prisoner if he liked it or not.
