Bespin (Tier 1)

The republic is suffering from a shortage of tibanna gas. There are only a few sources of this material (like Bespin, Kril'Dor, etc) in the whole galaxy and the main supplier of the Republic, Bespin, has reported numerous problems with its storage systems, as if someone was smuggling the gas out of the silos, but the local authorities couldn't find anything. Tibanna gas is essential for the Republic, as it serves as fuel for the fleets and any high speed starships. Currently it is a bit problematic to store and transport, as nobody has invented a way to liquefy it.

Bespin is a giant gas planet, with no surface at all. It has been colonized via a constantly floating man made city, called really originally, Cloud City. The city's main function is to gather the tibanna gas from the nearby clouds and process it into fuel. The refineries and the gas collecting facilities are the centers of the city, without them, the whole place would have to shot down (literally, as they are using some of the fuel to run the city itself and keep it floating).

Your task is to find whoever is responsible for the gas shortages and restore the continuous gas shipments to the Republic. You can take one of your friends with you for this mission, who will it be?
