Do you focus on becoming friends with Adora's friends first or do you focus on becoming her boyfriend first?
Becoming friends with her friends.
You can tell Adora is weired out by the whole you being blood related with her thing. The best thing to do would be to take things slow. First you'll have a chat with Glimmer to see if she is a potential harem member. Then you'll chat with Bowie, then Swift Wind. Then finally you'll chat with Adora and then you'll wait for Ork-0.
You walk up to Glimmer. "Hey." She looks to you. "Oh, hi." You continue. "Since I plan on helping your side from now on, we should get to know each other better." She nods and fallows you to the corner you where chatting with Catra before. "I supose I'll start. I'm Adem. I trained with Adora in the Fright Zone. I come from the Tiger tribe. We where the greatest witch hunters in Eternia but we were forced to join the Horde. I enjoy long walks in nature."
She giggles. "You sound like you're saying your dating profile out loud. Anyways I'm Glimmer. I'm the princess of Bright Moon. My mom let me be a general of the resistance army because I begged her too. However she made me in charge of the sector of the kingdom with the least fighting and she gets mad at me if I help near by sectors that are fighting. So I'm not really a general.
Also we're not really a resistance army. That would imply we've already lost all our territory to the Horde and we're trying to take it back. We're really just a regular army thats fighting to protect our land from invaders." You chime in. "Yeah, I was confused about that. Its like the wrighters of the original works didn't do any military resurch and just thought resistance sounded more heroic." Glimmer looks at you confused. "What?" You repeat what you say. "I said that who ever was in charge of Bright Moon's military image didn't know what they where talking about." Your face glitches as reality resets what you really said, not wanting to be damaged by your 4th wall break.
Glimmer continues. "Anyways I love listening to music. Especially music with a great beat to twerk too." Yeah, an ass like hers was made for twerking. You're glad she is putting it to good use. You smile. "Maybe you can show me some of your favorite songs sometime?" She bounces exitedly. "That would be great. I wish I brought my phone with me. Next time I see you for sure."
Neither of you can think of anything else to talk about, so you switch her out for Bowie. You give him the same overview of yourself you gave Glimmer. He respondes. "Oh, OK. Well my name is Bowie. I'm glimers bodyguard/best friend. I grew up in the woods. I love partys. Partys are the best." You nod. "Man. I haven't been to a party since I was a little kid. Then again those where kid partys. So I've never been to a real party."
Bowie nods. "Adora told me she'd never been to party at all when we first met. I actually took her to 1 before Catra attacked." You nod. "Geez. Must have been 1 hell of a party if it made Adora switch sides." He rubs the back of his head. "I think it was more watching the Horde attack innocent people thing that made her want to switch sides."
You pat him on the back. "Dude, I'm kidding. Catra already told me before I met you guys. So, you gonna call that girl back?" He shrugs. "Just because she thinks I'm hot doesn't mean she'll make a good girlfriend." You counter his point. "Just because she thinks your hot doesn't mean she can't be a good girlfriend. She might be a great girl but you'll never know until you talk to her." He nods. "You know what, yeah. The moment I get some free time, I'm going to give her a call."
You run out of things to talk about with Bowie so its on to Swift Wind. You tell him the same basic information about yourself you told Glimmer and Bowie. He turns his head. "Interesting. I was a regular horse a few hours ago so I don't really have a past. Having expressive eyes, a mouth that can form human language and the brain of an adult human is great but I don't really know myself. I know I want to protect Adora and I know I find humanoid women attractive now, but those are instinctual. Now that I'm a person, I want to know what I like, not what my instincts tell me to like.
I do have a question for you though. Adora swapped sides because she didn't know that Horde was evil, then once she learned she wanted to stop them. You've know since you where a kid the Horde was bad, so why are you against them now?" So he's not stupid, he just says what he thinks without a filter. Good to know. As for the answer to his question, thats easy. Adora swiched sides so you switched sides. However you know now is not the right time for her to know your feelings.
"The Horde concored my home and stole me away when I was 10. Why wouldn't I go against them the moment I got the chance?" You just said the first thing to pop in your head, but now that you think about it why haven't you been planing to betray the Horde? They took you from your home and subjugated your people. Have you really been so focused on winning over Adora that nothing else matters?
You really need to check your priorities. You look at Adora. Ok yeah, Adora is your 1st priority. No question. 2nd priority save your people.
You look at Glimmer. Your cock twitches. OK 2nd priority build a harem of sexy lady's, 3rd priority save your people.
You look at your sword. No, your a king now. Your 1st priority should be becoming a good leader. You look at Adora again. 3rd priority. Your 3rd priority is becoming a good leader. Your 4th priority is saving your people.
Then again Hordak did rob you of having a normal childhood. Do you want revenge? No matter how hard you try, you can't bring yourself to hate him. He gave you really good combat training and you wouldn't have met Adora if it wasn't for him. Do you even dislike the guy? You remember him stepping on your head. Yeah, you definitely want pay back. You don't want to kill him and you don't want to embarrass him like he did you since you kinda respect him. However you definitely want to beat him up.
OK. You got your priorities straight. 1st priority, get Adora to fall in love with you. Abandon all other priorities if it means achieving this 1. 2nd priority, build a harem of sexy women. 3rd priority, become a good leader. 4th priority, save your people. 5th priority, beat up Hordak for stepping on your head. Oh, 6th priority. If Skelator is alive, kill him. Although you don't think thats the case since Ork-0 doesn't seemed woried about it. However with all this magic bullshit you never know. If you can achieve all 5 to 6 of these goals, then you'll have won in life. At least in your eye's.
You run out of things to talk about. Now its Adora's turn. This time she starts the conversation. "So, what do you think of them?" You answer her. "Glimmer and Bowie seem nice. Swift Wind needs some hobbies." Adora nods. "He metioned it while we where flying to those 2 rocks."
You nod. "Man, to think your life can change so drastically in a few hours." She sighs. "I know the feeling better then anyone. Yet for some reason I don't feel any dought in my choices today." You smile. "Thats because you've always been sure of yourself. Thats 1 of the reasons I admire you so much." She blushes. "I'm going to rejoin the others. Feel free to join up aswell." She walks away awkwardly.
There you go wearing your heart on your sleave, scaring away the girls. Why can't you be a normal guy that bottles up his emotions? (Thats a joke. If you're a guy, don't believe society. Your emotions matter. Go find a safe place to express your emotions freely away from stupid people who don't deserve your time or energy. Also find good people you can share your feelings with without being guaged or ridiculed.) You chat casually with the group.
A few minutes later Catra returns. She chats with the group but doesn't talk to you unless there is someone else near by, clearly not wanting to continue the conversation you had with her. At least not yet. Eventually Ork-0 returns.
