Battling Team Magma again

"Looks like I have to get them back, let's go Ember." said Jade, as both her and Ember rush towards Route 116, because Jade battle all of the trainers in Route 116 during the grind before her rematch against Roxanne, she didn't get any interruption from any Pokémon, and eventually they reached to Rusturf Tunnel. They saw an old man standing there in despair.

"What should I do." said the old man. "What's wrong?" asked Jade. "We were on a walk, Peeko and I, when we were jumped by an odd thug. The scoundrel made off with my darling Peeko! You need to help me get her back!" said the old man. "Don't worry, I'll help you." said Jade, as she enters the Rusturf Tunnel. "Alright, where's the Devon Goods and Peeko." said Jade, as she's wandering around the tunnel that's when she sees fog all over the tunnel, but she manages to find the Team Magma grunt. "Darn it, this hostage Pokémon turned out to be worthless, and to think I can make a getaway, in this tunnel to nowhere!" shouted the Team Magma grunt. "Hey you! So, you want to battle me?" asked Team Magma grunt, as he summons a level 11 Poochyena "Let's just get this over with." said Jade, as she summons Ember. "Ember use Double Kick!" said Jade, as Ember kicks at the Poochyena twice, before it is unable to battle. "Darn it! My career in crime comes to a dead end!" shouted the Team Magma grunt.

"The boss told me this would be a stick and easy job to pull!" shouted the Team Magma grunt. "Are you going to give them back or..." said Jade, but the Team Magma grunt interrupts her. "Fine, if you want them so bad, take the stupid Pokémon and the package back!" shouted the Team Magma grunt, as he begrudgingly gives Jade the package back to her, after that the Team Magma grunt runs away, and the old man from the entrance walk towards the Wingull. "Peeko! Am I glad to see you're safe!" said the old man. "Peeko owes her life to you! They call me Mr. Briney. And you are?" asked the old man called Mr. Briney. "My name is Jade, and I just battled that grunt who take Peeko as a hostage." said Jade. "Ah, so you are Jade! I sincerely thank you!" said Mr. Briney. "You can usually find me in my cottage by the sea near Petalburg Woods. Come Peeko we should make our way home." said Mr. Briney, before leaving Rusturff Tunnel with Peeko in toe. After that, Jade immediately leaves the Rusturf Tunnel and runs back towards the Devon Researcher.

"Oh! How does it go? The Devon goods?" asked the Devon Researcher. "Here it is." said Jade. "You did! You got them back! You really are a great trainer!" said the Devon Researcher. "I know as a reward, here's another Great Ball." said the Devon Researcher, as he gives Jade another Great Ball. "Excuse me, but please come with me! I want you to meet our president!" said the Devon Researcher, as he guides Jade towards the Devon Corporation.
