A century ago, the Marleyan Liberation Army managed to toppled the Eldian Empire with the aid provided by the Tybur family and their Warhammer Titan. And ever since then, the Subjects of Ymir have been persecuted for their ability to be transformed into the cannibalistic giants called the Titans and the awful actions their ancestors committed in the past. And while they were at it, the Marleyans expanded their nation aggressively by using the Titans in warfare.
