Chapter 21 by alienfinderx alienfinderx

Speaking of Timmy’s Mother and Father. What they up too?

At the same time at Dimmesdale Airport, Air Flight DL6409 from Dimmesdale to the Caribbean has taken off.

AT THE SAME TIME AT DIMMESDALE AIRPORT, FLIGHT DL6409 FROM DIMMESDALE TO THE CARIBBEAN

At the same time as Timmy and Vicky are having their conversation, Air Flight DL6409 from Dimmesdale to the Caribbean has taken off from Dimmesdale Airport. Inside the airplane there sits a man and woman, who for the last 10 years should have won the award for the most horrible parents in the world every single year. Sure, they love their son at times, but fucking hell they can be utterly selfish and negligent pieces of shit.

They are known by most of Dimmesdale by their childhood nicknames, which happens to be Mom and Dad. And each time when they or some else tried to say their birth names some kind of loud sound or heavy vehicle passes by and drowns out the voices of those who are talking. It’s like some kind of running joke that keeps happening every time. Like some cosmic entity decided to keep their names censored as part of a running joke, one that has become kind of wasted after going on for so long.

Ladies and gentlemen, lets me introduce you to Susanne Turner nèe Vladislapov and Daran Turner, the mother and father of Timmy Turner. Should there ever exist a reason why Parenting Licenses should be a thing, these two would be the prime examples and argument for it. It is a mystery why Child Protective Services has not taken Timmy away from them and put their asses in jail ages ago and throw away the key, it beyond any logical reason.

What? You don't believe me? I being silly? I am exaggerating things? Well… Let’s take look what those two are up too shall we? Right now!

At the moment, they are sitting in their First-Class seats, 'treating' themselves for all the hard work they have been doing working their daily jobs and 'raising' their son. As Mr. Turner is feasting on fancy food that was served in First-Class, while Ms. Turner was taking a relaxing nap.

In her sleep one of her eyebrows starts to twitch, and the twitching of her eyes suggesting that she was in a state known as the rapid eye movement sleep or REM Sleep, which is closely associated with dreaming. Suddenly she opens up her eyes and lifted her head up.

"Ah Honey you’re awake. You should try the Wagyu Beef with Truffles, Caviar and a hint of Saffron. It’s quite delectable." Daran Turner said as he takes a big bite from his very expensive and fancy meal.

"I’m not hungry dear, I just had the most horrible dream that someone more beautiful than me is wearing my bathrobe." Susanne Turner said groggily with a hint of jealousy filling her voice.

"You mean the expensive and luxurious purple colored bathrobe with white trimmings you bought for the Ms. Dimmsdale-beauty pageant to show off your 'old swimsuit' to our son in hopes to convince him to make you Ms. Dimmsdale?" Mr. Turner asked rhetorically. "Didn’t help you become Ms. Dimmsdale, unlike me!" Daran said with a big smug grin as he remembers winning the beauty pageant and becoming Ms. Dimmsdale. When he noticed that his wife is not make any jealous or snarky remarks back to him, he turns his face to her and noticed that she is searching through her purse, pulling out travel paper wallets and looking through them.

"What's the matter? Honey?" Daran Turner asked his wife worriedly.

"I have a terrible feeling." Susanne Turner said worriedly as she put the travel wallet back into her purse.

"About what?" Daran asked curiously.

"That we didn't do something." Susanne Turner said with worry on her face.

"You feel that way because we left in a hurry to catch this vacation. We took care of everything. Believe me we did." Mr. Turner said reassuringly.

"Did I turn off the coffee pot?" Susanne said, trying to think what they might have forgotten to do.

"No. I did." Mr. Turner said with a smile.

"Did you give the key to Vicky?" Ms. Turner, suddenly worried that the babysitter might not able to get in and not able to clean the house or be able to take care of the plants. There was also something else that Vicky should be taken care off, but she cannot remember what.

"Yeah." Daran Turner said after a moment of thinking.

"Did you close the garage?" Ms. Turner asked again, suddenly worried that something might get stolen from their garage.

Mr. Turner was quite for a moment as he is thinking things over. "That's it. I forgot to close the garage. That's it." He spoke while nodding his head, surely that was the thing they had forgotten.

"No, that's not it." Susanne Turner as leans back in her chair, still nervous

"What else could we be forgetting?" Daran asks his wife, not able to think of anything else what they might be forgotten.

Suddenly Ms. Turner bolts upright in her chair like a jack in box. "MY SLIPPERS!"

BACK IN DIMMESDALE, TURNER RESIDENCE, PARENTS’ BEDROOM

Back in Dimmesdale, Timmy was digging through his Parent’s Closet. He already looked through most of his parents’ room, even tried to search under the bed. But when he saw what was beneath it his parents’ bed, sometimes somethings are better left untouched and undisturbed. Especially if it is a big box with something written in permanent marker.

One of the few places he has not checked was the Closet and his mother and father’s underwear drawer, and he refuses to go anywhere near those drawers, which left the closet.

"Let’s see what we got." Timmy mumbled to himself as he starts digging through this Parents’ Closet. "Junk, junk, Dad’s junk, Mom’s junk, Dad’s Old Ms. Dimmsdale-beauty pageant Dress and Crown, Mom’s Golden Acorn Award, Sacred Silver Sharpener, Dad’s Trophy or what remains of it. Hey! That my Dimmy Movie Reward, I was wondering where that one went… A Everleady Pencil, Mom and Dad’s Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad costumes, my old Magic 9-Ball and more junk…" Timmy said out loud as he pulls random junk and items from his past adventures out of the pile that was hidden within his Parents’ Closet.

*POOF!* *POOF!*

Timmy hears sound of his Fairy Godparents appearing within the room with him as he kept digging through the junk pile.

"Timmy, I don’t think that you should be go through your Parents’ stuff." Wanda said as she dodged a random piece of junks Timmy pull out and tossed over his shoulder. "I think it’s highly inappropriate an-"

"Hey, is that not our first Zippy Award?" Cosmo interrupted Wanda as he catches one of the random pieces of junk that Timmy was tossed over his shoulder, which happens to be a trophy that shaped like a golden lightning bolt with a small golden crown floating above the lightning bolt.

"Say whaaat?!" Wanda exclaimed as she grabs the Zippy Reward out of Cosmo’s hand and turn it over in her hands examining it. "It is! I have not seen this in years! How did it end up here?"

"I don’t know, but half of this stuff in this closet either belonged to me, you guys or someone else." Timmy says as he stood up, dusting off his pants. Timmy was not sure how his Parents got their hands on most of this stuff and why it is all squirrelled away in their closet. Maybe being stuck in the 50-year sort-of-time loop might have affected their minds, make them even worse by acting on their worse impulses or they were always like this and he never noticed.

"Ok, I know that I am stupid, but even I can see that something weird is going on and I am not talking about what we usually get ourself into." Cosmo says, earning his third surprised shocked expression from Wanda and Timmy.

"Am I imagining things Timmy or is Cosmo acting smarter than usual?" Wanda whispered to her God Son.

"Given the things that have happened today, I’m surprised that I am still able to be surprised at all." Timmy whispered back at his fairy god mother.

Letting out a sigh, Timmy was about to give up when he spotted something in the far back of the closet. He decided to take one last closet dive and see what that is. He got a hold on it and pulled.

He fell back out of the Closet, but what he got in his hand was a pair of slippers. A pair of purple-colored slippers with white frilling, from the look of it they were made from the same materials as the bathrobe. Look like these slippers and the bathrobe were part of a matching set.

"There they are. My mother’s slippers." Timmy says triumphally.

BACK TO TIMMY’S PARENTS ON FLIGHT DL6409

Back onboard Flight DL6409, Susanne Turner sits shellshocked in her fancy seat. Her husband holds her hand and tries to get her to calm down.

"The captain's doing all he can but our phones are out of order." A Stewardess said as she gives a glass of water to Daran Turner that was meant for his wife. Only for himself to chug the water in one go.

"You can call your house when we land. I'm sure it's okay." Other Stewardess said reassuring, not wanting to have Ms. Turner going all hysterical again and trying to open the aircraft’s door to parachute out of the plane. Lucky they were able to stop her before she depressurizes the entire airplane and cause an even more dangerous situation.

"Horrible. Horrible. Just horrible." Mr. Turner says, not very clear if he meant that he was sympathizing with the plight of his wife or have a near-**** experience when his hysterical wife tried to leave the airplane while being 5.9 to 7.2 miles in the air.

"How could we do this? We forgot my babies." Susanne said a with still shellshocked expression of her.

"We didn't forget them; we were just in a hurry to leave." Daran Turner said to his wife, trying to comfort her and reassure that it not their fault or responsibility.

"What kind of mother am I?" Susanne question herself. Completely unaware how ironic it is for her to be saying that.

"If it makes you feel any better, I forgot my reading glasses." Suddenly a voice further up the first line of First-Class seats spoke up. A surprised Mr. Turner turns his head towards the source of the voice and his mood instantly soured, his face turns into an angry grimace when he saw who it was.

There! At the front! Sitting the best and fanciest First-Class seats of the First-Class compartment! Sits Sheldon Dinkleberg and his wife! Drinking fancy bubbly champagne!

The Dinklebergs are the neighbors of the Turner family who live on the right side of the Turners and whom Mr. Turner despises. It’s implied, if not stated almost outright, that Mr. Turner's resentment towards Sheldon Dinkleberg is deeply rooted in jealousy over the financial success Dinkleberg has experienced not having to raise a son. It doesn’t help that Dinkleberg keeps unintentionally rubbing those facts into the faces of Mr. turner, by buying expensive things and directly attributing them to not having a son, is just one of many contributing factors and reasons that made Timmy’s life so miserable.

And it looks the Turners refunded their vacation for a longer, more expansive and luxurious vacation they had not expected the Dinklebergs would also be in the same airplane, going to the same vacation and on the same Caribbean cruise as they did.

Mr. Turner angry grimace hardens as he looks his hated (one-sided on his side) rival and angrily growls with gnashing teeth. "Dinkleberg…"

What is happening back in Dimmesdale?
