Astrid of Clan Hofferson is a Viking of the Hooligan Tribe in the Barbaric Archipelago. She was training to be one of Berk's best dragon killers of her generation, so there's a certain irony when she comes one of their best dragon riders when Hiccup teaches the tribe how to tame them instead.
