Arc 4: Ochaco Uraraka and...

Location: U.A academy

"Okay, so let me try and get everything clear, Himiko Toga likes Midoriya because he is heroic and stuff, her way of loving meant killing people and drinking blood like a vampire, Ochaco tried defending Izuku and her friend Tsuyu, Himiko then fell for Ochaco and tried to kill her too and after going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, Ochaco put some sense into Himiko while she was dying and Himiko sacrificed herself to save her"

"Correct"

"And no one found Toga's body assuming she melted away like the rest of clones, okay! Woo I am awesome at this"

"Gross over simplification if I am honest"

"Sorry Mineta you are right... What about the grave?"

"The grave... Oh you mean Himiko's grave?"

"Wh-What yea? Of course who else's? Please focus on this, its important"

"Sorry I kinda spaced out, I am not sure where it might be"

"Are you lying or do you mean it"

"Why would I lie?"

"True, alright then that's all thank you"

"Why not ask Ochaco directly?" I stared at him, looking for an excuse as to why I didn't he was right, that's the best way to know the answer to that question but the point was for her to not find out after all.

"Because I - Didn't think about and I don't want to make her uncomfortable, regardless of what you have said, you are right I totally should and will get to that later"

"Sooooo did I win another reward?"

"Hm? Not really, besides, I don't want to hurt any of the girls that trusted me with her nudes, so how about this. Next time you like someone, point her at me and I will help you"

"Really?"

"Yeah!"

"How about Momo-"

"Someone who you might have a chance and doesn't know you, I need to go Mineta, I have stuff to do, talk later!"

"Oh sure... Oh wait one last thing" I turned around quickly

"If you are going to say something cheesy I will be mad"

"What no?! I just remembered something actually"

"... Go ahead, don't leave the mistery in the air, I am not a suspense fan"

"Ochaco does like to travel once every 2 weeks to another place, she always goes alone, not sure if by train or car though, I remember because they always align with karaoke nights which is tonight"

"You go to karaoke?"

"I don't get invited half the times"

"Yikes, anyways. So she does that today then?"

"Most likely? I am not sure where she goes but she always looks a bit worried about it, I think that might be it"

"..." I pulled out my wallet to hand him money

"Uh- What's this?"

"I feel bad about the karaoke thing and since I am rich I want to give you a treat" That's a lie this is me paying the information, this is the sweet information I needed

"Oh wow! Thanks dude"

"Whatever, don't mention it, you were of great help Mineta, you shall be rewarded" Eventually, in my own way, I left him alone as I made my way downstairs receiving a call from my dad out of nowhere, I had not time to chat up with him so instead I sent him a text with the words 'Really busy, ttyl, important agency stuff trust me' That should give me more time.

I went ahead with my day, just focusing on catching Ochaco once she was leaving. Some of the guys actually invited me to hang out with them for the karaoke night thing but I declined politely saying I had hero work from my homeland to do and that maybe next week would do good, once they left me alone I followed Ochaco, noticing her leaving the academy, I had to make some distance first before starting to follow her.

I noticed her going down the street and I chase behind her, everytime I lost eyesight of her I would hurry to catch a glimpse, corners were the worst part since I had to bolt and run to catch up with her, after a while of following her I finally end up in a train station. I went behind her chasing her around corners, she looked more and more nervous once I was closer, fidgetting her hair, fixing her skirt, playing with her fingers, something was different about her, I notice her paying the fee for the train station and as she did and left my sight I came behind, pay for it as well and come in.

Looking left and right I notice her taking a left in one of the tunnels going upstairs and finally I was there

Location: Musutafu, Bullet Train station

The place looked pretty normal as I looked left and right, I couldn't suddenly show up, she would realise I had been tailing her, so I waited in the tunnel, I had my watch out, waiting, hopefully not taking too long either since I didn't want to miss the same train she took her and suddenly run to a random train without knowing where I am heading.

After finally waiting, and being bored out of my mind I came out, taking a left and noticing Ochaco sitting there, she looked actually rather sad... Distracted, absent minded, I was next to her and she didn't notice me at first but then I waved a hand right in front of her face which promptly startled her.

"AH YOU ARE-"

"Therefore I am!"

"What?"

"Its Jack, I knew I recognised you! Ochaco Uraraka right? You areee.... Deku's little girlfriend correct?" I smiled at her, a shit-eating grin showing how much of a hateful prick I was for a second.

"H-whwa!" She panicked for a moment shaking her hands left and right "Nonononono, we-we are not dating or a-anything?"

"Really? That's a shame, you look like the most pretty girl in the academy to be honest, thought the guy had great taste, oh well" She blushed at my indirect compliments before I sat down next to her

"Where are you going?"

"I- Uhm- I am going to Aichi"

"NO WAY! ME TOO!" I had such a big smile on my face, maybe I should hide my feelings a bit better, I coughed before I return to a less hyped up state, calming my feelings down. "Excuse me! I just love little coincidences sometimes. OH WAIT- Let me guess, you are going to Aichi due to a hero work given from abroad?"

"Oh- Uhm no its not that"

"AWW darn, I thought we were going absolutely to the same place and location... Well where are you going?"

"I- Hmmm sorry I - I am visiting a friend"

"Why are you apologising, its good to stay in touch with friends. Where do they live?"

"I- I would rather not tell"

"Oh... Okay?" I tried to sound dissapointed "Its- Its alright don't worry" Followed by a hint of sadness

"Its just something personal"

"No, no I get it, its just that I am a stranger and I know that people don't like me much, I am too distant and I haven't done nothing but focus on hero work since I came to the U.A. I have spent more time with the teachers than you guys and- Sorry I am rambling- What I am trying to say is that I have trouble relating to you guys, Nemo is very very demanding when it comes to hero ranks and everything, me being on 7th place with my current quirk is insane and worst part is that its 7th out of 15th I am right between great and bad"

"Hero ranks don't define everything Jack"

"Maybe to you here, but back home they have a lot of standards for those ranks and trust me- From a course that started being 35 students, being on the remaining 15th was something really hard to achieve"

"Wait 20 students left?"

"Yeah... Some were my friends... Uhm nevermind sorry to bother you, I can leave if you want"

"No no! Its okay, please sit... Its just that my friend its- Its hmmmm I cannot talk about them, they are not here with me"

"Oh... My condolences"

"Its- Thanks."

"... Hey do you like to play games, I have some downloaded in my phone, we can hang out while we arrive to our destination"

"... I would like that thank you" Ochaco and I spent some time playing and talking about her school days, she had mostly plenty of bad stories which I had to quickly sidetrack to not get in a depressing mood, in a matter of hours we had arrived to the place and honestly she seemed more cheery after the time we spent together

"Oh wow this things are fast, only in 2 hours and I am in another city"

"Never been on a bullet train?"

"First time in my entire life that I have been on a train, they are fast!"

"Well I should get going..."

"Oh may I ask where are you going? Maybe we can take the train back together! Like friends! If you want to. Its okay if you don't want to relate to me, you don't owe me a friendship"

"Oh no its- Its just personal, Have you heard of Kōnan-shi?"

"Never, no, apologies, going to a different place"

"Well going there but not sure how long I take... You can leave without me please"

"... Okay. Its okay if you want to talk about this later by the way, I know you shouldn't trust me because I am a foreigner and you don't know me and well I am trying to make friends but... Sometimes its easier to talk with someone you don't know and that you won't see often than people you see everyday, because that way you know that your secrets will never spread with someone that no one knows... In a way... What I am trying to say is, I am here to talk if you need anything"

"..." A soft smile was seen on her as she nodded "Thanks." As she prepared her purse, I got off my seat as well following her "Oh... Uhm, there is a second station 15 minutes away just so you know"

"I didn't know but its okay, Lucius instructions were to get off at the first station and take a cab to the place"

"What is your hero work"

"Hehehe, well... Let's do something fun I could tell you- but its a secret, so a secret in exchange for a secret, not right now! But whenever you want"

"Trading secrets?"

"That way some trust is build between us. I really want to be friends with someone that is not Mineta" I smiled

She chuckled "I can see that... Okay maybe we can talk later" I join her to the exit of the station as she took a right and waved goodbye, I looked at her walking off and I simply took a random direciton walked away, took a left on an alley and sat down in a random cardboard box, looked at my phone finding this place Kōnan-shi, it was 35 minutes away from walking, if I had to guess seeing Ochaco's monetary situation she would go by walking and come back by walking as well. I set up an alarm for 25 minutes so I could take a cab later.

I waited on the alley for a moment as I noticed some guy approaching me, he looked like some sort of random punk, one of those kids that like to get in trouble.

"Hey man?! Do you have the time?" I looked at my phone then back at the man, answering his question.

"Yeah. Its 5:10 p.m. getting dark you know"

"You sure that's the right hour? How about you let me see your phone"

"Man you really don't wanna do this" He grinned at me

"I think I do" He pulled out a knife as I sighed.

"Whatever I didn't want to waste money on the cab anyways" He approached me feeling confident, I noticed him using his quirk, his arms turning into this alloy, almost like platinum... Only his arms though, fucking loser. I rolled my eyes as I puleld out my taser and quickly got him right on his chest, he fell down but I kept zapping him and once on the ground I started smashing his face with my feet, stomping on him like if I was trying to crush his skull.

"... You alive?" I heard a grunt of pain coming from him as I grabbed his wallet, took his knife away, spat on his face "Look this is on you, Why did you think I wasn't armed. Is this place that safe, where people walk aimlessly, clueless to real dangers, is this really this type of safehaven where a bunch of faggots like yourself think they can steal so easily. Fucking gross..." I decided to leave the alley and quickly catch a cab.

Once on the cab I gave them the address and he took me there, as I was arriving I notice too many stores that sold flowers, coffee shops, even a restaurant called the last tears and once I got there I realised this was a graveyard, this was the one, the place I needed to go to, I looked inside my backpack pulling out a jacket, put it on, closed it around my face so no one would spot my identity and as I did the man driving me there said

"I am sorry for your loss" At which I nodded, paid him the money and left.

Location: Kōnan-shi, Aichi.

Once on the entrance of the cemetery I started to look around there was a temple to pray the loss of loved ones and even a beautiful pond, it was nothing like your usual cemetery I must say. But my job right now was looking around and finding Ochaco, I started to hurry my step, looking left and right, searching for her, everywhere. Thinking I got lost before a man stopped me in my tracks, looked like some monk to be honest.

"Are you lost?"

"Depends- Can you help me?"

"Yeah. Who are you looking for? There is a system for this after all"

"I am- Not sure who I might be looking for? I will see it when I find it"

"Oh- Unmarked graves?"

"Sorry?"

"Even those whose soul cannot rest due to them being unkwown yet their identities and evidence has been filed correctly, I can tell you where the unmarked graves are"

"... Yes please" He pointed me at the distance, the furthest place on the whole graveyard, I nodded. "Thank you" I went on my way and finally reached the spot he had mentioned, looking around I was able to see a woman, brown hair at the distance doing something, placing something down on the ground, I stared at her clothes, it was the U.A uniform no doubt, I simply got on my knees and prayed to a random person, not wanting to look out of place.

Ochaco stuck around for like what I felt was 30 minutes before she left, I had my doubts about following her or not, but realising the time I knew she was probably going back to the academy. I stood up thinking on following her but I knew that on doing so I would be risking a lot... I decided to not follow so instead I wanted to see what she had left on the tombstone and I found myself with something odd.

"A small bottle full of blood?" I was wondering what the hell was this suppose to mean, I noticed a small trail of dry blood from much much before left there... I looked at it for a moment realising that she had done this before... But as I looked for an empty bottle around I realised nothing had been left here, probably one of the people taking care of the graves clean it off... Or maybe someone took it.

I stood up and left the bottle on the ground, went and laid on a bench, I laid there for as long as I needed to. I wanted to see if someone would come away to take it. I waited and waited, night had come and I still stuck around, one of the monks asked me to please leave the place but I had to brainwash him really quick, wasn't hard since he was so noble and gentle and made him go on his way. I waited until it was night time, I was lying on a bench it was getting cold, I almost looked like a homeless guy, the jacket wasn't doing any wonders but then as I was ready to give up that's when I saw it.

I saw a ghost.

A figure, ghostly, dark, approached the place at a slow pace, almost like being careful and then got in front of the unmarked grave, lean down, grabbed the small bottle full of blood and then started to leave, at a faster pace too. I stared at that for a few seconds and then I got off my seat and quickly ran behind it, I was lucky to be running too since whoever was this ghostly dark humanoid shape it started to run as well once it gained some distance away from the graveyard and I hate to say it, they were fast, faster than me. "Fuuuuuck..." I said in a lower voice.

I wasn't sure if the humanoid had seen me or why it was running but I noticed them turning a right on a corner as I lost sight of them. I followed them too but as I did a wide open street full of people was the thing that awaited me, I was stunned for a moment, I looked back, then left, then right and I moved forward

I tried searching it for a moment, thinking I saw the dark humanoid shape nearby and as I approached I grabbed the person by the shoulder a man who wore a black jacket and with a long beard stared at me, eyes wide as he was shocked and maybe scared with how I grabbed them, I realised this was not hte person. "Sorry, I thought you were my friend" He swatted my hand away, understandable and then left.

I was in the middle of this street, I wasn't leaving this city until I was done, I had an extra day to do this job anyway I am sure no one back at U.A will be missing me for now.
