April 11th

I had school starting today. I changed into my uniform and headed out. For breakfast, my dad gave me some recipe his mom made. Admittingly, it wasn't half bad. Getting on the train wasn't difficult. The station I arrived at was next to the school. I found it was raining. I put my hood up and walked over to the school. A slender girl my age with long brown hair walked next to me. He had black hair and was wearing the Spencer Academy uniform. A girl with long black hair and wearing glasses came up to us.

"Morning." she said.

The brunette looked weary of her, and I was curious why, but he walked off with her. I turned to see a slim girl my age with long blonde hair tied in braids come running, her uniform unbuttoned.

"Dammit, screw that bitch." she muttered as she stopped running, an air of irritation.

"Who's she?" I asked.

The blonde turned and glared at me. Why this gonna be another fight? I glared back. There was a fierce look in her eyes but I'd seen worse.

"Wait, you don't know who Marina Walker is?" she muttered. "She just does whatever the fuck she wants? Wait, you're that transfer I heard about. We better hurry or we'll be late."

I felt lightheaded for some reason and the blonde girl seemed to be the same way.

"Ugh, my head hurts. Dammit, I wanna go home," she moaned.

"Me too." I muttered.

As we moved forward, a red crack appeared before us in mid air.

"What the...? A red crack?" the blonde girl asked.

I reached out and put my hand through the crack.

"Whoa, don't it!" the blonde exclaimed, pulling me away from the crack.

The red crack disappeared.

"What was that thing?" I asked.

"I don't know. Let's not think about it?"

We made our way towards the school. The blonde led the same while I followed her. Where the school should have been, we ended up finding ourselves at a colosseum. It looked like it was straight out of Rome.

It still had "Spencer Academy" written on the gate.

Well, this is different from my other schools.

"We didn't come the wrong way?" the blonde asked.

Are roman colosseums a normal thing in America?

"Yeah, this should be right. What's going on here? I guess we'll just have to go and ask."

We stepped inside to find something outta ancient Rome with a massive portrait of that raven haired girl a saw a few moments ago.

"That's weird," the blonde said. "Where's the school?"

"This is my first time but I'm pretty sure it's not a Roman colosseum." I said.

"But this should be the school. There was even the sign outside."

She pulled her phone out.

"Out of service?"

I checked my own phone and got the same result. It was then that we heard the sound of footsteps approach us. We turned to see what looked like a shadow dressed like a roman centurion approach us with a sword and shield.

"I'm pretty sure we're in the wrong building." I said.

The blonde didn't seem all that bothered.

"Geez, you freaked me out. Who're you? You a student? Man, you're costume's impressive. Is that armour real?" asked the oblivious teen as she approached the knight, growing impatient with the remained silence. "C'mon, don't just stand there. Say something."

"You sure pissing off a roman centurion is a great idea?" I asked.

I heard more footsteps approach us. Another centurion.

"Hey, what's going on?" the blonde asked.

"I don't think he's school staff." I said.

"Yeah, we gotta run." the blonde replied.

We rushed towards the exit but were blocked by two more centurions that entered from the gate.

"Ugh, what's with these guys!?" the blonde asked.

One of them hit her with his shield, knocking her to the floor.

"Shit!" I cried.

"Ow, you bitch, dammit!" the blonde yelled. "The hell you think you're-!"

"Take them away!" said one of the centurions.
