Going to the town square, you stand on a bench and whistle shrilly once again.

People are surprised and turn to face you. By the fact three of the group you left with were missing told them one thing you could want to tell them, but the look on your ace said it was something much worse.

You said in a loud and clear voice “The latest Update has caused a major problem for this town, and I want to tell everyone at once. Spread the word.”

Some people ran off. Everyone knew that thanks to the Gods meddling with their reality that they were always one glitch or whim away from destruction, or worse.

Ten minutes later the majority of the town was there.

You tell them “Outside the town gates, if you follow the path to the field where the medical herbs group, you will probably be killed. A Large Badger has already killed a couple of Players, and got a Claimant Crystal. It used it to claim the area before the medical herbs as a microboss, and had already stating making it a secure lair for it. There are tunnels across under there, pit traps and more. It will not hesitate to take on small parties. It took on my group of six level ones and we barely survived.

“Entering its tunnels is suicidal as the small height means you can’t maneuver or fight. What is worse is that it is recruiting.”

Horror was in everyone’s faces. “Right now we can reach the herb field by going through the forest, but there are wolves there, and I don’t know how long until Grrw, the Badger, claims that field as well, or other areas just outside of town.

“The town is built on solid stone, hindering any attempts to enter that way. However, people have dug tunnels under the town, and they may find entrances into them.”

With a grim look on your face you tell them all “Yes people, we will soon be facing a siege from below.”

Someone called out “Is there anything we can do?”
