Oh boy, there are a lot of choices here. There should be some useful ones but it might take some effort to recruit some of them.

Dragon Ball: This universe is ripe with choices, and powerful ones at that. Some will be easy to convince, while others will require some magical intervention.

RWBY: You're not sure if this universe belongs in this part of the multiverse but you don't really care, besides it has some good choices. Most everybody has a power. Sure many are goody-goodies but if you get them at the right time you could convince them to join you.

My Hero Academia: Well this has a lot of possible recruits, they already have a power which could be very helpful. Sure most of the good choices are heroes, but you should be able to convince the majority of them with some showings of what is to come and some good old deception.
