Altas Lioness among White fang Wolves

Worrying how the calls to Jaune's and Pyrrha's family was going Ciel headed to The Salty Sea Dog for her 1st night of work

As she got near the employee entrance and saw 5 faunus 'bouncers' she could tell no one was happy a human was working at a faunus bar that had known White Fang sympathies

As the biggest of the bunch went to give her a 'pat down', no doubt causing bruises and being just short of **** Ciel mentioned "What do you think will happen when Pyrrha notices the bruises you plan on giving me next time we sleep together?"

The Buffalo faunus stopped dead in his tracks and the blood drained from his face. He looked behind him for support but the others had stepped back and were looking everywhere but at them.

Turning back to face Ciel he replied " You have to be patted down before you enter" trying regain control.

Ciel dropped her bag and spread her arms and legs out to be searched "Because I'm a human with a Atlas accent, I don't mind playing by the rules but I won't be bullied. Go ahead I have nothing to hide but my lovers aren't the understanding types."

The buffalo faunus started forward but stumbled when Ciel mentioned her Huntsmen lovers, 1 of whom was the famous Pyrrha Nikos. A scarred female dog faunus finally took pity on her male boss and stepped forward to do the pat down.

Starting at her boots she did expert job without being rough or sexual. As she got to her shoulders she whispered in her ear "What's human from Atlas doing at a faunus bar when she has 2 Huntsmen for clients?"

Ciel noticing the White Fang Tattoo on her left wrist replied "They are my lovers not clients. Also I can dance the way I want in these types of bars without interference from the gangs or crime bosses and the press tends to stay away."

The woman steeped back and said "we need your scroll before you can go in"

Ciel handed over a burner phone with no numbers listed that she planned to dump after leaving knowing they were going to bug it.

They told her where her dressing room was and let her walk in. Her fellow dancers were also giving her dirty looks as her walked by them. A cat faunus who was taller and more bulked out than her stepped in front of her and started to threaten her but Ciel interrupted her "I'm sure you'd love to put me in the hospital but do you want to be looking over your shoulder the rest of your life waiting for Pyrrha to show up to exact ****?"

The cat faunus was shaking in anger but stepped aside. Walking by Ciel noticed the White fang tramp stamp.

Ciel had 3 sets tonight. She planned to do a fire rope dance, a pole dance then a rope dance.

She changed into her 1st set outfit and waited to be called out. As she was she was soundly booed but tuned them out and started her dance

As she finished her dance she noticed the bar was dead silent. She bowed to the crowd and went back to her room to changed for the 2nd set.

While changing a bunny faunus entered without knocking. While causally asking "Can i help you?" Ciel noticed this woman matched the description of a known WF intel operative.

The Bunny faunus held out her hand and introduced herself "I'm Heather. That was a beautiful dance"

Ciel reached over and shook her hand replying "Thanks. I couldn't dance like this back in Atlas so i moved here to Vale to pursue my passions"

Heather gave a professional fake smile and said "Yes Atlas has a way of smashing a persons dreams" trying to get a rise out of the human.

Ciel played along " It's not a place for people who don't fall in line."

Heather continued asking probing questions while Ciel got ready for her 2nd set. As her 2nd set was up Ciel said "It's been fun talking with you but it's time to get back to work for me. Maybe later?"

"Sure. Knock them dead"

"Oh I plan to" Ciel replied truthfully.

This time as she went out there were no boos just silence. Ciel waited for the music to start.

After this set there was a couple awkward applause that quickly died out when no one else joined them but it showed she was winning them over slowly.

This time she got a round of applause after her set. She bowed to the crowd and went back to her room. Heather was waiting for her. She handed over her scroll and said"Amazing. A human from Atlas got a hostile crowd to applaud her at the end. If you want to come back we have a opening Friday night"

Ciel said "I'll be there. Can my partners and their friends come as well?"

Heather frowned but said "Of course. It's a open club after all. The press might show up if they hear Pyrrha will be here though"

"Oh I'm sure you and management here can keep a secret" Ciel said with a smile.

After leaving the club Ciel dumped the burner scroll and went home. As soon as she got in she called Jaune and Pyrrha. They picked up on the 1st ring.
