We didn’t stop there.

I didn’t have to.

They shook and clenched around me one after another, shared orgasms rippling through them until there was nothing left to give. It all blurred together; skin, sweat, breath, sound; until they finally broke, white flags waved without shame. They lay sprawled and spent before me, flushed, wrecked, beautiful.

Emily looked at me first, Iris and Kathryn lay on either side of her, their breath ragged, skin slick, eyes heavy with satisfaction. Emily laughed, soft and breathless.

“We give in.”

The others laughed too, like something had finally been released.

We cleaned up together, crowded under the spray of the shower, water running over skin that still felt too alive. Emily joked that we should head back to my suite and start again once they’d recovered their strength.

She said it lightly, but I didn’t miss the truth underneath. And I didn’t mind it at all.

Back in the suite, Emily and Iris curled against me on the wide bed, one on each side. Their hands rested over my chest, over my heart, as if anchoring themselves there.

Emily promised Iris this wasn’t the end; whatever this new phase of us was. Iris nodded sleepily, trusting. Both of them drifted off like that, bodies warm, breathing in sync.

Kathryn wasn’t far behind. She said she’d join us soon.

I stared up at the ceiling, their weight grounding me, and let the night replay itself.

Emily had promised herself to me. That promise had mattered. Still did.

But when Iris kissed me outside her room, something fundamental shifted. Not just desire. Something deeper. She wasn’t just someone I wanted; even if I didn't know it; she was a constant. A presence. A rock.

And I loved her.

That truth scared me more than anything else that night.

I’d pushed her away, to protect what Emily and I had built. I’d seen the break in Iris’s eyes when she realized she felt it too; felt the barrier snap between us. When Emily made herself known, I half-expected anger. Rejection. The end of everything.

Instead, it ignited us.

Kathryn’s arrival had been the last surprise; a moth drawn to heat she couldn’t resist. Emily had taken control then, guiding the night with steady authority, letting me take the physical reins while she shaped the center.

It worked because we let it.

Emily and Iris shifted off me in their sleep as I sat up, and that’s when it happened.

The world lurched.

Everything stilled.

Not time slowing; stopping.

The air changed, thick and charged, and the doorway to my Domain unfolded before me.

Because if this was my life now; if Emily was truly mine, if Iris was part of that truth; then I couldn’t keep this place from Emily anymore. I couldn’t keep living divided between worlds.

And if telling her meant losing it all...

The power.

The space.

The abilities I’d been gifted.

So be it.

Some things were worth more than eternity.
