After Izuku is healed!

"You are such a reckless idiot, this is the second time today you've come to see me!" Recovery Girl snorted as she gave Izuku more energy gummies after his fingers were healed. "Just so we're clear, you can only consume so many of those within a day before they become toxic, so you better start fighting more carefully if you don't want to be either exhausted or injured in the remaining fights, because you are close to that limit!"

"Y-yes Ma'am!" Izuku stammered out, before beating a hasty retreat from her Sports Festival office. At least he was fighting an opponent he could reasonably assume wouldn't cause him much harm. He had a decent shot of winning without even having to overclock One For All... actually... He paused, thinking as he came to a conclusion for how he would approach this match. A fair bit later, he headed right for the arena.

"And once again folks, we have the Representative of Class 1A coming in, and he is facing the sole person from General Studies who made it this far!" Present Mic's voice rang out as Izuku stood in front of Shinso. "Who will hold the upper hand in this fight?"

"Isn't it obvious? The guy who can coast by on his powerful Quirk," Shinso snorted, but Izuku didn't respond, taking a stance as Midnight began the fight. Izuku charged forward. Shinso's eyes widened, and he blocked Izuku's attack while crossing his arms. "That all you got!?" he shouted, swinging a sloppy punch at Izuku. He unfortunately failed to hit Izuku, who ducked, and slammed a foot right into his stomach. "Gack!" he cursed.

As Shinso staggered back, frantically blocking every hit he could, but taking several blows, he started to panic. Izuku, having trained with Kendo a fair bit, had a clear advantage in hand to hand combat, without even using his Quirk. "Damn it, say something!" Shinso demanded, before taking a punch right in the face, and staggering back closer to the edge of the ring, and trying to shout something that would make Izuku react. He just needed to get Izuku to say something, anything! "Your entire class is lazy and privileged, just like you!" Nothing. "Your mother is a fat bitch!" he tried, clearly growing even more **** as another hit drove him back another step.

That got an eye twitch and a scowl from Izuku, who thought, "She was never a bitch, and she's not fat anymore, asshole!" Unfortunately for Shinso, that wasn't aloud.

When his foot was inches from the ring's edge, he threw a final Hail Mary to provoke a response. "All Might's an overrated hack!"

Unfortunately, even that failed, as while Izuku very nearly shouted, "That's a bare faced lie!" he managed to swallow that kneejerk reaction, and with a final shove, knocked Shinso out of bounds.

"Winner by ring out, Izuku Midoriya!" Midnight declared, and Shinso grumbled as he laid down.

"...mind lending me your ear for a moment?" Izuku asked, extending a hand towards Shinso, who paused and stared at it.
