Some encouragement and advice!

As Shinso took Izuku's hand, he grunted, "And what would someone with a Quirk actually tolerated by society have to say to me?"

Izuku pulled Shinso up, he replied, "Don't even try to blame your loss on me having a better Quirk. I didn't even use it during our match."

Shinso paused. "You didn't?"

Izuku chuckled. "Nope, not once. I was able to hit you hard because I trained my body. Partly because I need it at a minimum degree of fitness to safely use my Quirk, but also because I don't want to rely solely on it. I also train with Itsuka in martial arts to improve my actual fighting skill," he added.

"...where exactly are you going with this?" Shinso asked Izuku, who shrugged as they started walking back to the competitor's box, passing by Setsuna and Yanagi, who where heading to their own match.

"I'm just saying, you have an amazing Quirk. It would do wonders for capturing Villains, or even getting civilians to act in a calm and orderly manner if needed. But as I just showed you, it never pays to be a one trick pony: you're not always going to be able to provoke a reaction from your opponent," Izuku explained, before he paused and turned a mild glare on Shinso. "Speaking of which... that shit you said about my mom, my classmates, and All Might... That was just to provoke a reaction out of me... Right?" he asked.

Shinso paused, and quickly said, "Yes! I didn't mean a word of it!"

"Good," Izuku chuckled. "...how did you know I was an All Might fan?"

Shinso gave Izuku a flat look. "...just about everyone and their mothers is an All Might fan."

"...point," Izuku nodded as they reached the box to watch the upcoming fight, Setsuna vs. Yanagi.
