A stylist

With clothes now figured out, the next stop for the pair was an obvious one - a stylist.

"Are you certain you're up to this?" May inquired and Carla nodded. While she understood where her daughter was coming from, this was a necessary step to reach their goals.

"Yeah." Carla answered as she stepped up to the counter. Doing her best to compose herself upon meeting the stylist's gaze, it was for the best. "I would like to get my hair done up."

The stylist looked Carla over.

"Anything in particular you had in mind?" the stylist inquired and Carla nodded, a smile followed.
