A Trap

Batgirl chased after Catwoman, ready to finally capture the infamous cat-burgular.

The GCPD had been after her for years, but had failed to find any leads that helped them capture Catwoman. Now, Batgirl could catch her in the act, and turn her over to the law.

She watched as Catwoman jumped down into an alleyway, hoping to use the buildings as cover from the heroine. Batgirl jumped down after her, landing in one of the lit-up areas.

Upon landing, she looked around for her enemy. There was no sign of her. Instead, she heard footsteps approaching.

"Well, well, well... looks like our tipster was right!"

"It's Batgirl!"

She looked around her, seeing that she was now surrounded by mere street thugs. Despite being outnumbered, she knew there wouldn't be any problem taking the group down.

"Now now, boys, let's not do anything too crazy. If you walk away now, I'll let you get on with your evening without a beatdown," she taunted.

Her smirk was wiped off her face when she felt her legs wrapped together. Looking down, she saw a bolas had completely restricted her movement.

Batgirl quickly bent down, trying to untie the rope. As she struggled, she heard a voice from above.

"Don't be so sure, Batgirl. Have fun with her, boys!"

"Catwoman!" yelled the masked heroine.

The thief ran away, leaving Batgirl in the alleyway, surrounded by the thugs. They had a chance to beat the famous Batgirl. They weren't going to waste it.
