A Sith lord in the flesh

A shadowy figure appears, standing between you and the exit. He's wearing a robe, hiding his face. You all can clearly sense his dark presence now. Not to mention that you sense he's no **** ghost like the rest were.

Lana (whispering to the others): Take care, this might just be the one we were looking for...

Lana (gruffly): Who are you?

Cloaked man: Who I am, you ask? The real question is, who are YOU? You are quite a colorful bunch, to say the least... A Nightsister, a Mandalorian Jedi, a boy, possessed by a Sith lord... All grey or fallen Jedi by your dark side affections. And last but not least, a Sith pureblood **** ghost. If I had not known better, I would say this is just some sort of joke, because honestly, what are the chances of you all grouping together?

Lana (readying yourself for a fight): Who we are isn't important! I asked first, who are you?!

Cloaked man: If you insist on knowing my name, Lana Ordo, so be it.

Lana (surprised): How?! How do you know my name?!

Cloaked man: I know all your names. Ranvi, Drek, Valare... I believe you know mine too. I am Darth Sidious.

Valare: Great, an other Sith...! Isn't this planet uninhabited officially? Because I'm almost seeing more Sith here than at its prime, two and a half millennia ago!

Ranvi: Sidious, you say?! The Sith lord the council looking for!

Sidious: Yes, we could say your Jedi friends are putting quite the effort into finding me, without any success, if I may add.

Lana: Well, we have you here now! I would call that a success!

Sidious: Hmm, a unique interpretation of success, given that you are not going to live long enough to tell the tale of seeing me here.

Drek: Don't bet on it, we are tougher than we look!

Sidious: Certainly. Though, since my apprentice, Darth Tyrannus, or as you call him more often, Dooku has been able to best you lot, I should not have to worry about having any difficulties handling you.

Lana: We have a few tricks up our sleeves, I wouldn't be so cocky!

Sidious: Alright, enough of the formal introductions. You have disturbed my work here, yet, I do not intend to kill you. If I wanted to, you would be long dead by now. I offer you mercy if you join me. The power is shifting in the galaxy under your feet, without you realizing it. You may be on the side of the future ruler of the galaxy. All you need to do is become my apprentices and serve me well.

Valare: Oh look at that, how sweet of him! Our life in turn for serving him! Don't let me forget your kindness and remind me to blow a kiss on your balls for it later!

Sidious: How insolent...

Lana: Sorry old man, but no deal! We are Jedi, and Jedi we are going to remain to the end!

Ranvi and Drek: That's right!

Sidious: You make decisions that determine the rest of your lives so hastily, without even knowing what your options are. Nightsister, what would you say if I told you, I could save your people from dying?

Ranvi: W-what?

Drek: Ravni! He wants to deceive you!

Sidious: My droid armies are decimating your kind, I ordered them to leave no survivors on Dathomir. You sense their deaths, do you not? General Grievous should be executing Mother Talzin any minute now. If you swear allegiance to me, it would take me a second to press a button to stop the invasion and pull my forces out of that planet. However, every second more and more of your sisters perish. You could save countless lives by giving yours to my service. A fair trade, is it not? Your life for your clan's life. The decision is yours.

Lana: Don't listen to him! It's a trick!

Ranvi: If... If I said yes, will you... Will you spare them?

Drek: Ranvi no!

Sidious: Naturally, that is the bargain.

Ranvi: And will you let my friends go?

Sidious: Well, only if they bow before me.

Valare: Not going to happen! I won't serve another Sith lord, that's for sure! I have had enough betrayals in my lifetime and it was looong!

Lana: Ranvi, don't let him get into your head! You are a Jedi, don't give in to him!

Ranvi (with teary eyes): But... They are my... Family... I can't abandon them... They too would die for me...

Drek: We'll handle this okay? We will defeat him and save your clan, you must not do this! He will betray you!

Lana: He's trying to use your family to turn you! You must rise above him! We can do this together, but if you join him... You might save your family on Dathomir, but you'll lose your best friends here... You are a Jedi Ranvi, our Jedi!

Ranvi (sobbing): Sich... I'm so sorry sisters... I cannot help you now... I hope you'll forgive me for this... I swear your deaths won't be in vain!

Sidious: How unfortunate. What about you, Sith? I could give you the key to resurrection.

Valare: Sorry pal, no deal, the last Sith lord who promised me that tried to kill me instantly I lowered my guard! Sith always betray one another, fact, experience, end of story. Period.

Sidious: I see. It seems I will have to find a different apprentice for myself. So be it. I will kill you all now.

Valare: Haha, you can't kill what's already dead, fool!

Sidious: The limitations of your comprehension are obvious young lady, the **** is what is keeping your consciousness together, said **** connection could be just as easily dismantled as a branch with a saw. I have always wanted to run experiments on your species, Sith purebloods have been extinct for so long, that we know relatively little about you. You are not going to like that, but I am willing to do anything for science.

Valare: You talk a lot, you know that?

Sidious (shaking his head): Children... Always hastening their demise one way or another. So, which of you would like to leave this world first? You could die together if you prefer, all the same to me.

Valare (stepping forth): I'll feed you your teeth, old man!

Drek: Don't fight him alone, our chances at victory are better if we attack him simultaneously!

Valare: I won't fight him like that. I am going to hold him off while you escape.

Lana: Are you crazy, you aren't even near strong enough to hope to defeat him!

Valare: True, but with the powers siphoned from Drek and Ragnos, plus with my original strength, I will be able to buy you enough time to leave!

Sidious: This ought to be rich...

Lana: Why should we?! We'll face him together and bury him in this tomb!

Valare: Despite being a Sith, today I had the feeling to stand for somebody besides myself for the first time... When you helped me against my master, despite not gaining anything. When you could have just walked away and let my spirit be tormented forever, you helped me defeat him... For the first time in my life, I have felt what it was like to have somebody who wasn't trying to betray or use me. As if I was having a... friend. And friends are said to stand up for each other, right?

Lana: Valare, don't you dare get emotional on me now, we'll survive this, don't be stupid!

Valare: Yes, you will, but one of us must stay behind to ensure your survival. I'll be that one.

Ranvi: We aren't going to leave you behind just like that!

Lana: She's right, we are staying and doing this together!

Valare (rolling her eyes): You sillies, just run already before I change my mind and let you all die!

Drek (while you shake your head): As I said, the chances of victory in a scenario like this are...!

Valare: Stop babbling Drek, you can barely stand on your feet! Besides, I wasn't asking you three to escape. I'm making you!

She **** pushes you three forward, behind Sidious, and instantly electrocutes him to prevent him from attacking you. Her lightning is absorbed, but at least his hands are occupied.

Lana: Valare! No! We are coming back!

Valare (stopping the lightning): No Lana. You won't.

She collapses the ceiling between you and Sidious.

Lana: Valare!

Valare (as the rubble fills the path): Thank you Lana. For everything...

Lana (from the other side of the rubble): Valare! Valare! You idiot, I'll kill you for this if you survive! Come on guys, we have to go back for her!

Drek: Lana... It's over... We have to get back to our ship.

Lana: She's going to die against him! For real this time! I'm not going to abandon her!

Ranvi: Lana, I know it hurts, but, Drek is right... We have to leave. Now.

Drek (possessed and running to the rubble): What an interesting outcome of the events! Help me get back there, I want to kill that man myself! He had leached our powers for some time with his Sith alchemy! He deserves to die a painful ****!

Ranvi: Drek!

Lana: Ranvi, we really have to restrain him!

You shoot a cable to bind his arms to his body, then shoot a tranquilizer dart at his neck, to which he falls asleep. You pick him up with Ranvi.

Lana: You are right, as much as it pains my heart, we have to go... She had made her decision, I must respect it. But I'll avenge her, that's for sure!

Ranvi (as you carry Drek out of the tomb): We'll get him one day, this I swear! He'll pay for what he did to us, to my clan, and to Valare! Not to mention his other crimes!

Meanwhile on the other side of the rubble:

Sidious (sarcastically, pulling his finger through the rubble in front of him): Touching. A Sith ghost saving her Jedi friends. How the turntables... Maybe the ancient texts haven't depicted your kind fairly, they said the old Sith to be far more ruthless. What a shame. Now, let's rid the galaxy of another **** ghost and make your species completely extinct.

Valare: Come and try me!

They engage in a lightning duel, but Valare is at a disadvantage from the very beginning. She might have gained a little extra power from the scepter, but it is far from Sidious's level. She gets pushed backwards, until she's pushed against a wall, marking the end of the line. She's holding onto her lightning attack as long as she can, but she gradually runs out of power and ultimately stops the lightning. Sidious steps closer to her, to look at her closely before deciding her fate.

Sidious (electrocuting her): Do not worry, I am not going to kill you. I am still going to try a few of my, more radical experiments on you.

Valare (at a pause of the shocking): Hah, yeah, sure thing... But would you run the risk of leaving me alive? You know, I sensed your dark presence in the galactic senate earlier. I don't know who you are, but that would narrow the search down a lot for the Jedi! You may hide your presence from them, but not from a fellow Sith!

Sidious (his face turning grim suddenly): How troublesome... You might truly best be eliminated and sent to oblivion.

Valare (whispering to herself, as he resumes shocking her until her ghost slowly fades away): Lana... I hope you got away safely... This is going to be the end for me... The final one...

Her spirit and presence cease to exist. You felt that outside the tomb too. You look back and make a loud cry.

Ranvi (putting her hand on your shoulder): Lana...

Lana: She's gone... She saved us... I hope that son of a Hutt'll be trapped in that tomb forever!

You draw on your anger and collapse the entrance of the tomb, just to make doubly sure he won't be coming out soon. Or better, not at all. You carry Drek back to your ship and prepare to take off.
