A Comics Spidey wakes up...

Peter Parker, the Amazing, Spectacular Spider-man... woke up. First once he wasn't flat broke. He had enough money currently to keep himself a float for a couple of months. He was single, but he was on friendly terms with his exes like Mary Jane and Felicia. He was also on good terms with his heroic teammates, being a reserve Avenger and Fantastic Four member even.

So why did he feel like he was about to get kicked in the nuts by a rampaging Hulk?

Mainly because he knew what his kind of luck would be.When things go good for him, something had to go wrong to balance it out. What he didn't know was his luck had just changed. But whether it was good or bad, it was yet to be seen. Since he now had hypnotic powers, one the ladies would be especially affected by.
