As the fog clears you risk another glance in the direction of the battle and find Sailor Mercury suspended several feet in the air, her wrists and ankles each bound by one of the monster’s tentacles. You can tell that she’s struggling to get free, but she doesn’t seem to be making any headway. The creature has a strong, solid grip.

As the senshi of water continues to struggle futilely the monster begins to reach out more of its tentacles towards its now helpless victim. It extends its grotesque, phallic limbs towards the restrained girl slowly, almost as if it’s teasing her, or perhaps relishing in its moment of victory. Mercury’s eyes widen at the sight of the approaching tentacles and she suddenly looks panicked. “N-No. Don’t! Don’t touch me!!” The captured warrior redoubles her efforts to escape her captor, but to no avail.

So now’s your chance big chance hot shot. Now’s your chance to be a hero. To save the damsel in distress and earn her eternal gratitude. Then again, that monster is awfully big. And the other senshi are bound to show up soon to rescue her. So you’d probably just get in the way if you tried to help. Right?
