what is hidden there

the community seems very pacific but their looks are quite strange...
you walk towards the governor's building and slowly you notice it: you can't see any woman around
you make sure the girls keep their weapons close to their hands just in case, but when they appear you are caught by surprise... you're walking by the main Street when whole the people dissappears but your guide and in a second you're surrounded by a big group pointing at you with their weapons
