Kakashi stood back as he watched Sasuke and Naruto spar. he knew he would have to focus fully on Zabuza so these two would have to deal with the fake hunter. one of the worst enemies for a ninja to fight is one you had fought before. it allows them to see you in action and make better plans against you. rumors are one thing, but they must always be taken with a grain of salt. in a real fight they are able to separate fact from fiction and potentially spot hidden weakness.

"How much longer do you want me doing this sensei," asked Sakura. Kakashi had her using the tree climbing exercise to run up and down a tree. she was the weak link in the team, and he hoped to start fixing that. this training will help increase her chakra reserves and train her leg muscles.

"Till I say stop now keep climbing," he responded. after words he will give her a few genjutsu scrolls to study. her above average control would make her a great genjutsu mistress.

Kakashi then looks at the boys as he considers doing some cross training with team 8 Kurenai would be a great example of a strong kunoichi and help kill the fangirl while he could help her team with his tracking knowledge. maybe he will include guy and Asuma's team as well. after all, Asuma has the same problem with Ino, and Guy is a taijutsu master who could help fix any mistakes the others are making.

He sees Naruto manage to throw Sasuke, but the boy landed on his feet. "Okay you two works on tree climbing for an hour then we will move on to the next part," Kakashi ordered.

"Yes sensei," the pair said. an hour later he called them all to him. Sasuke and Naruto still looked good to go while Sakura looked about ready to collapse. he then handed a scroll to them. "Sakura that scroll has some basic genjutsu in it. study them and ask Naruto for a clone when you are ready to practice them," said Kakashi.

"Yes sensei," she said.

"Naruto, Sasuke both of you have scrolls with jutsu that can work well when used in combination. Ice made with chakra wont melt as easily as normal ice so you may need to enhance your fire power," he said.

the pair open their scrolls to read them. Naruto's had the great breakthrough, wind bullet, and wind barrier. Sasuke scroll had the dragon fire, flame barrier, and fire bullet. both boys smiled at this happy to learn new moves.
