the day of battle

Naruto laid down on the roof of Tazuna's house watching clouds. his team left for the bridge about half an hour ago. he almost left the house when the clone watching them popped and showed they were fighting Zabuza and Haku. luckily his father stopped him.

"No Naruto if you go now, you will be just like Sasuke," said Minato.

"Master, you have two people leaking lust and greed approaching from the woods," said the fox.

moving slightly so he could see the area he sees two samurai walk out of the woods. Naruto pulled out a pair of kunai and launched them both. the two were so arrogant that they did not see the kunai till one hit the smaller one in the center of his head. the larger one took the kunai to the throat.

"Are there any others," he asked the fox.

"No master," she answered.

"Good," said Naruto. he then walked inside. "Gato is making his move. I am going to leave a dozen clones to watch over you. don't leave."

"Understood," said tsunami. Naruto then made the clones and left the area. at the same time Inari walked down the stairs.

Naruto soon reached the bridge and felt like face palming. "Dammit Sasuke we specifically stated how bad that technique could be. inside a dome of mirrors was Sasuke starting to look like a pin cushion. "Okay so how to save his stupid ass."
