we start with texas relaxing in her office and things weren't doing so good. it was end of the west and that meant that days of outlaws and gangs were coming to an end. however to make matters worse even thought she arrested roxxie and others numerous times. however she begin to see the cracks of the badge of sheriff and had heard that several lawmen and women are ditching the badge and entering a life of crime because corruption, greed, bribes, and rigged courts and crocked lawyers. Texas though her life can get any worse she was wrong
word has gone out on the papers that her family including her outlaw sister montana was murdered this breaks her moral code and heart and the reason of their deaths was that they were victims of southern confederates that targeted them because her mother was north supporter and sent a message to the north. and since it as near the south the police did nothing.
because of that this was the last straw for her and seeing that the badge and justice system has been broken and the law didn't do anything to catch her family's killer's . she has given up on justice and throws the badge away in fury and was going to make the south pay for killing her family.
she packs up and leaves which leaves april confused to see her step away and meaning she was now sheriff.
Texas gose to the shake of roxxie roo and pounds on it roxxie opens and is shocked to see her before she can pound her she see no badge or outfit but a broken weasel. seeing no threat she let's her enter.
Roxxie: sheriff what are you doing here it's night and i have not commited and theft.
Texas: it's no longer sheriff roxxie, because the justice system has failed me and my family has been murdered by southern confederated the homeguard and the courts did nothing to stop them.
this shocks roxxie because carolina was the only person who felt sorry for her and led to her jealousy because of texas but hearing the news of the one person who cared about her being murdered by this guardmakes her angry.
Roxxie: your mother was the only one who felt sorry for my life and now this homeguard murders her i want ****.
Texas: good because i propopse making a gang to get **** on this homeguard and avenge my family since the justice system did nothing to stop them.
roxxie and texas shakes hands or paws in case and prepare to make a gang to become the bad girls.
