team 7 on mission

"this is orange. target in site," said Naruto looking at a cat.

"pink I am in position," said Sakura over the radio.

"black ready to move," said Sasuke.

"Okay team move," said Kakashi.

Sasuke lunged at the cat. it must have heard him because it jumped up. seeing it in the air Naruto threw a pair of kunai with ninja wire on it. since it was in the air from dodging Sasuke it was easily caught by the wire and went flying with the kunai. the Kunai stuck the ground and pinned the cat in place.

"good job Sasuke. I'm sure you would of grabbed the cat if the Baka hadn't gotten in the way," said Sakura.

Naruto just shook his head as he went to the cat and secured it with ninja wire. "and how did i get in the way," he asked.

"you prevented Sasuke from capturing the cat," said Sakura.

"it had dodged him and would of ran away," said Naruto.

"nonsense Sasuke was about to do an awesome move to catch the cat," she said.

Naruto just shook his head and looked at Kakashi. "hey sensei, can we head to the tower to turn this thing in," asked Naruto. he held up the cat now with its limbs tied together.

"yeah lets go to the tower," said Kakashi as he read his book. "and Naruto you may want to undo the ropes the Daimyo wife may not be happy with her cat tied up."

"when we reach the tower. I am not going to let this thing escape," said Naruto.

"fair enough," said Kakashi with a shrug. "Nice throw by the way."

"thanks," said Naruto. they then turn to leave the forest with the other two behind them. Sasuke was glaring at the blond for making him look bad while Sakura was trying and failing to flirt with him.
