takes the rest of Jake's Dragon magic for himself and Cathy

Jake had with his next loss to Gregory lost most of his remaining magic to both his cousin and aunt. His mom had halfheartedly congratulated Gregory on his newest victory at the time while Hayley being the suck up that she was offered a far more honest praise of her cousin.

At first Jake had at least been able to transform into his dragon form, albeit it was now as he had feared much weaker and frail than it used to be. In hindsight, it really was a stupid move on his part to try and challenge Gregory again after his absorption of his power on the island.

Now all Jake was left with thanks to his blunder was the ability to transform singular body parts of his into a dragon shape, and even those were very lackluster to put it mildly. In his current state he truly had no muscles left whatsoever, and his claws had dulled to such a degree that it was almost comical. He had tried to cut paper with them at some point and failed miserably, even demonstrating how weak and sot he had become when he in a burst of anger tried to rip the paper part only to fail here to and cut himself through his scaled hand on the paper.

Cathy and Gregory on the other hand got even more enhanced than they already were. Both dragon forms looking almost breathtaking at this point and giving off a hypnotic otherworldly glow.

Jake was now unable to challenge his cousin even if he wished to try again, which at this point seemed like even more of a fool's errand than previously. His mom and sister had in their own way already accepted their new roles in the family, but Jake understandably struggled a bit more considering how he had been designated as the lowest member.

His father was gone, in some special care facility in another state from what Cathy told them over dinner during their first day back home, while his mom fed her spoons between sentences.

Now Gregory and his Aunt no longer even had to pretend that his indefinite remainder at home was due to training. It was instead phrased as protection of him due to his pathetic new status. For while Jakey was certainly no longer the American Dragon, he still would be a target for dragon hunters nonetheless.

Jake had been looking forward to finally moving out even before he had doomed his family to their current status, but now the prospect of being indefinitely stuck at home seemed maddening to him. His mother being **** to strut around their house in more and more humiliating and sexualized outfits to please Cathy, his sister bullying Jakey to door chores or Gregories and Haleys homework, it was all awful. Especially since Jake knew Haley only let him do her homework to punish him for the mistakes he made later on. But if it kept her of his back for tonight it was worth it.

The first respite he got was when Gregory went on a nightly crusade around New York for the first time and his mom was entertaining Cathy in the master bedroom.

He had served Hayley extra well that day as hard as it was for him to stand her smug attitude so she would not bother him that evening because Rose had earlier in the day messaged him about a date. Spending some time with his girlfriend would be the one good thing that had happened to him that week.

Although he would have a hard time explaining to her why he was suddenly small enough to be at height level with her boobs when he previously been two heads taller than her. The second battle with Gregory not only causing the smug brat to grow up to be six feet tall but causing Jake to be shrunk down to around four feet.

Her reaction was about as sympathetic as could have been expected. She chided Jake for his carless actions, and stifled a giggle when she first saw how her boyfriend had shrunken down, but she tried her best cheering him up. They ate ice cream and went to the movies. Although Jake wished they didnt because due to his height the ticket counter remarked it was nice seeing a big sister taking her little brother out to see a big boy movie.

This caused Rose to put a bit of a distance between her and Jake in the movie because she did not wish to make anybody think she was dating a kid or her own brother. Until they fixed Jakes current status, it was hand holding only for the pair.

The movie itself also caused Jake no small amounts of embarrassment. It was a romance / horror movie that rose had been beginning him to take her to for months, but due to his currently much diminished courage Jake wound up screaming his head of like a girl multiple times and almost peed his pants out of fear twice. He eventually caused such a ruckus that he and Rose were kicked out of the place.

While angry, Rose took it once again in stride knowing that while current status was in some ways Jake's fault, he could not help his current reactions much. She would just have to contact some of her old associates, or perhaps even be **** to sweet talk Gregory into giving Jake his powers back.

What had well and truly wrecked their "date night" was when the duo was approached on their way back to Jakes home by the newest pair of Huntsboys. Number 88 and 89 would have usually been a walk in the park for Jake but in his current state he was legitimately scared of what the dweebs would do to him.

Rose noticed with worry how he was shaking from head to toe when the two brats approached them.

"We got you Long! Thought staying put for a week and seemingly shrinking yourself would save your butt, we tracked you since the moment you left your house with your..." Number 88 eyed up Rose from head to toe "Rose? You are hanging out with this guy again? Look who cares, you better stay back sweetie because while you are pretty and your uncle is a big shot, you are not protected enough to get away with associating too closely with a dragon" before 88 drew a wooden stick from his back and strutted up to Jake.

The shrunken Long had his doubts it would help, but he transformed his left arms into a dragon claw to offer perhaps some resistance and hopefully scare the tow hunters away only to cause both boys to laugh at the sight of his pink and pathetic looking claw which caused even Rose to look at him with a shocked expression. She knew that Jakes condition was bad, but to see it was this bad was unexpected.

In his current state, even the two losers in front of her might have been able to beat her boyfriend. When she was readying herself to help him, she found herself swooped up from the ground and in the arms of a pretty green dragon that was carrying her away at break neck speeds form the scene.

The laughing of the hunter boys had drawn the attention of Gregory whom was patrolling nearby and sensed a chance to show off a bit. When he noticed that Jakey was with the pretty blonde, he felt even more eager to safe the girl and leave Jake to his fate.

Rose at first tried to protest and tell the buff dragon whose hands were firmly holding onto her bubble butt that not only should he bring her back but not hold her like that, but she was stopped mid sentence once she caught a whiff of the dragons musk.

She quickly realized that the person holding her must have been Jakes cousin Gregory, because the boy currently holding her was giving of a much more potent and mind numbing aura and smell she experienced with Jake prior to his vacation.

She had dreaded the idea, but over the course of the evening it had been more or less confirmed to her that her soul mate status with Jake had dulled the same way his other magical abilities had. At first Rose had dismissed it as just a bad evening, but she did not have the same attraction to Jake as she once did. She now realized that it had also transferred over to Gregory because she found herself unable to raise her voice at him, instead actively pressing her d-cup breasts into his body and locking her legs around his tail as he mind fogged up more and more the longer she spent closely pressed together with the green dragon.

While his girlfriend was carried of by his cousin, Jake was at the receiving end of the Huntboys anger. They had been scared by the ferocious looking Gregory, and felt angry for letting Rose get away because it likely meant a stern talking to from her uncle.

Thus they went over to Jake with much more angry face than they had previously. Jake at this point possessing less courage than ever trembled at the sight of the pair and weakly raised his claw in defense.

"S-Stop i-it" Jake whispered before his claw was smacked aside by the wooden stick of 88 and 89 grabbed him by the color and pushed him to the ground.

"Nah, I do not think so Long! Be glad we need you to draw out Rose again, or we would hand you over to the clan right now. Be glad you get to escape again you loser!" 89 exclaimed before taking firm hold of Jakes underpants and with the help of 88 giving him a boost gave the American Dragon a huge wedge and afterwards dangled him by the thread of his very childish looking udneroos of a nearby street sign.

Jake would cry for hours while any people passing by his position this late at night mostly ignored him or shot some pictures off him at best. An hour before midnight some cop finally took him down and gave him a stern talking too, saying that a boy as young as he appeared to be had no business being out this late alone.
