something is up

Becky asked Kay Lee and Tegan to join her the next time they visited and asked them about Sonya's offer,

"I say go fer it." Kay lee said after Becky told them everything.

Tegan took a few minutes to think about it.

"well it cant be worse than anything else I have been through." she said at last.

"just make sure we WIN. I'm not interested in trying anal as it is, let alone take the thing your describing up my butt."

"well, Knowin' Mandy we'll take it in ALL holes," Becky said dryly.

"yeah well I'm not to keen on that." Tegan countered.

"if ye want out me an' Kay lee will take them in a handicap match," Becky told her.

"it's no skin off our backs."

Tegan sighed.

"I'll do it. I'm already involved anyway."

"we appreciate it." Kay Lee told her with a smile.

Tegan shrugged.

"yeah well I'll look you in the eye while we get **** if we lose."

Kay lee grinned.

"deal."

Tegan retuned to her room.

as she sat on the bed and hefted her injured leg up onto the bed she heard the door open.

Tegan fumbled for the call button when she saw Jacy Jayne enter.

"whoa! whoa! whoa!" Jacy said, palms outstretched.

"I'm not here to fight."

"then what do you want?" Tegan asked warily.

Jacy smiled at her.

Jacy had one of those easy smiles that put you at ease.

Tegan had to be on guard.

and she knew that Jacy could be a real sweet talker.

Jacy sat beside her and looked into Tegan's eyes.

"Mandy's not the friend I thought she was. I don't think she appreciates me. or Gigi."

"how long did it take for you to figure THAT out?" Tegan said coolly.

Jacy grinned shyly and glanced down then back at Tegan.

"well..." Jacy licked her lips.

"Tegan I'm trying to HELP you. I can turn on her during the match. Mandy will NEVER suspect me. I CAN HELP you WIN.

think about it!"

"Jacy do you think I would betray my friends for you and toxic attraction?"

"well I know you don't want to do anal. besides why would you help Kay Lee ray and Becky?"

"they're my friends!" Tegan objected.

Jacy lightly brushed the tip of Tegan's nose with her finger.

"come on Teeg!" she teased softly.

"you're HERE in the hospital taking WAY more aspirin than you're supposed to and thnking no one knows it

BECAUSE Kay lee Ray threw you off the titantron. and BEFORE THAT she hit you in the knee when you came to save Becky.

and HAS Becky thanked you?"

Tegan narrowed her eyes.

"and what is it you get out of this?"

Jacy smiled innocently then leaned in and kissed Tegan tenderly on the lips before she could react.

Tegan jerked back breathing hard.

"I-....I think you should go, Jacy."

Jacy gently touched her face letting her fingertips trail across Tegan's high cheekbones.

Jacy looked hurt as Tegan drew away.

"well consider my offer at least." Jacy said quietly as she walked out of the room.

Tegan watched her go, breathing hard, the warm tingle of Jacy's kiss still fresh on her lips.

Tegan licked her lips, Jacy's words echoing in her ears.
