How about Cabba from Dragon Ball Super, who lives in a Universe where the Saiyan race was not destroyed. He could either be dominated by female Saiyans in his own Universe or had come over to Universe Seven, home of Goku and the others to be dominated by one of the ladies from the show.

There is also Goku's youngest son Goten who we could match up with a dominant female to play with him.

Raditz or Nappa could be used as well.

Going into the past there is Goku and Raditz's father Bardock who while being a great warrior that he worked his way up to elite status despite his low birth and could be dominated by female teammates or females on the worlds he was sent to conquer for Lord Frieza.
