look for a way to distract them

Tamara sighs as she knows she cant take out all three quietly, if it was one she may be able to do a takedown, but she would need to get the other two to leave them, looking around Tamara notices an open stairwell off to the side, she could throw something down there and hope they follow the sound and leave the area. looking around more she can see a police car abandoned to the side, those were usually able to be automated and she could try hacking it and making it drive away causing the Rapi to chase it. or she could just attack them as is.
