late and punished

"You are late," said Harriet. she was sitting in a simple wooden chair and had a bag on the ground next to her.

"I'm sorry Harriet," said Ginny. "Hermione stopped me before I could leave the tower."

"That is two now," said Harriet with an angry tone. "Strip," she ordered with an angry tone.

Ginny was confused for a moment till her eyes widen. "I'm sorry mistress," she started to say.

"I said strip. you are already going to be punished do not make it worse," said Harriet.

"Sorry mistress," said Ginny as she started to strip, she was soon naked in front of Harriet. Harriet then reached into the bag and pulled out a few coils of rope. "Not using magic mistress," asked Ginny.

"It is more enjoyable to do this myself," she said. "Turn around." Ginny did as order and turned around Harriet then wrapped the rope around her wrist before clenching them in the middle to secure the rope. she then did the same to Ginny's elbows. she then pulled a collar out of her pocket and put it around Ginny's neck. she then attached the leash and led Ginny to the chair.

Harriet then sat in the chair. "We will get your punishment out of the way first. lay down on my lap." ginny had a small blush as she laid down with her stomach on Harriets legs. "You broke two rules. you were late and did not refer to me as mistress when you first came in. for each violation you will be spanked ten times. you will keep count and say you are sorry for being a bad girl. if you do not, I will not count that spank. do you understand?"

"Yes mistress," said Ginny.

"Good," said Harriet. she then raised her hand and brought it down on Ginny's ass.

"One I am sorry for being a bad girl mistress," said Ginny. another spank "two I am sorry for being a bad girl mistress." this kept going till the final spank. "Twenty I am sorry for being a bad girl mistress." Ginny finished the last line with tears in her eyes.

"Good job Ginny," said Harriet. "You did not miss a single one." she looked at her submissive red ass. she then said, "now we can start the real fun."
