I woke up at 8:30 A:M, not rested at all. I dressed up, hoping that yesterday was nothing more of a dream. I opened the door to the living room, saw Jade's embarassed face and that hope shattered.

"Good morning." I said.

"Good morning." replied my roomate. "Did you sleep after... what happened ?"

"Not much" I answered in honesty. "I was too busy thinking about... things."

"Yeah, me too." She sat down and said "So, what are you going to do that ?" she said, pointing the stone, "Break it ?"

"I thought about it, I don't think I should. It could bite us back, we don't need an angry god on our back."

"Yeah, even if I work from home most of the time, I don't want to go working as a sticky frog. But I have a request: take it with you today. I can't stay alone with it."

"Of course, no problem. Did you contact Caroline ?"

"Yeah, we texted and we'll call today."

"I hope it'll go well. I need to go or I'll be late. See you tonight."

"See you later."
