humiliated by his coworkers

Craig was new in the company. He was trying so hard to get on well with everybody but most people tended to ignore him. To make matters worse, he was struggling with the work load. It was too much, so Craig had to overwork himself in order to be able to do all his duties on time.

“Kyle, there is a party on Friday at my place. Come, if you want” – Theresa, a coworker, invited him.

“It’s Craig, not Kyle” – he answered – “I will try to pass by”. The party was on Friday. Craig was planning to work on Saturday as there were some reports he had to finish, but maybe he could go to the party after work. Some of his co-workers did not even know his name, so he had to socialize.

On Friday, Craig did two extra hours at work. He was extremely tired, but decided to go to the party. When he arrived, the party was already in full swing. There are at least 30 people in that house. He recognized some of the faces.

“You came, Kyle” – said Theresa – “there is booze there, do not hesitate to help yourself”. Craig did not even bother to correct her and went to fetch a drink. He prepared himself a gin tonic and tried to make conversation with a few colleagues. However, nobody was paying him any attention, so he kept drinking. He tried to find Steve as he was the only colleague that paid him any attention at work but he couldn’t find him.

After 4 gin tonics, Craig felt euphoric and started dancing. That caught the attention from some people.

“You’ve got the moves, babe” – Said Theresa.

Craig kept dancing. As he was feeling pretty hot, he decided to unbutton his shirt, which caused an uproar from the rest of the guests.

“Oh, Craig do a strip tease” – suggested Tom, one of his department colleagues.

Craig was completely uninhibited due to the **** and removed his jeans, so he kept dancing in his underwear. His co-workers were surrounding him.

“There is not much of a bulge in his underwear” – noticed Theresa, mocking him and doing the small penis sign with two fingers.

Craig heard that and answered – “judge by yourself”. He lowered his underwear and kept dancing. He had big dangling balls, but his dick was just a red head protruding from his shaved pubes. There was almost no trace of shaft, just the head, like a little mushroom growing in the ground. Everybody was mocking him while Craig kept dancing happily. He noticed many people taking pictures of him and his dick and maybe even videos, but he did not care.

The next morning, Craig opened his eyes. His head was hurting like hell. He was thinking that he should not have drunk that much. He did not even remember how he arrived home. He noticed that his mobile was vibrating insistently on his nightstand, but he had not time for it. He had a shower, a coffee and spent the whole morning working on the reports. In the afternoon, he decided to stop and rest, so he took his mobile. He noticed that he had been added to a group called “Theresa’s party”. There were already more than 200 messages in that group. He opened the group and, to his dismay, it was full of photos of him nude. To his horror, his dick looked even smaller than usual.

The comments were very cruel.

“no wonder he is a dick, he does not have one” – said somebody called John. Craig did not even know who he was.

“he would be hot if he had a dick”, “he is a vegetarian, only potatoes, no meat”, “how can he pee with that”, “he has a clit” – These were some of the comments he read. He also saw a comment from Steve, trying to stop the bashing but people were calling him boring.

He was on the verge of crying when he opened a video: He was dancing and somebody asked him to do the helicopter. Craig moved his hips but his dick was so small that remained quiet. There were echoes of laughter in the video and he could hear the crowd chanting “little dick, little dick”. While the crowd was chanting, Craig was pointing at his dick, almost proudly.

He scrolled down a little and he found out that some of these videos were already in porn sites with tags like: “loser”, “small dick”, “small penis”, “tiny dick”, “drunk”, “clit-dick”, “pathetic”. One of the videos was entitled “Pathetic small dick loser Kyle failing to do the helicopter”. Well, at least Craig was a little relieved that they got his name wrong in the video. Also, he knew who uploaded the video (as far as he knew, Theresa was the only person who called him Kyle).

This was all too much for him, so he decided to switch off his mobile for the rest of the day and Sunday. However, before switching off he saw that he had a message from Steve.

“Hey buddy, it’s horrible what happened to you. I hope you are ok. Please, call me if you need anything” – Said Steve’s message.

Craig answered him that he was ok and thanked him for caring. He also said that he was going to switch his mobile off until Monday.

Craig was able to spend a quiet and calm Sunday, but he was dreading the moment that he had to go to work.

As soon as he entered the building, everybody was looking at him and giggling. Craig was beyond embarrassed. When he arrived at his working station, he saw Steve.

“Hey, buddy. How are you?” – asked Steve. He looked genuinely concerned.

“not very well but I will get used” – answered Craig, with a **** smile that did not reach his eyes.

In that moment, their boss, Mr. Johnson, appeared.

“Craig, to my office now” – Said Mr. Johnson authoritatively.

Craig thought that he was going to get fired. Maybe it was for the better.

“First of all, Craig” – started Mr. Johnson – “I have to congratulate you for the great job you are doing in this months. Your reports are much better than those of most of your coworkers. It’s clear that you are working fast and learning fast” – Craig did not really expect that.

“I am not going to beat around the bushes” – announced Mr. Johnson – “I saw your videos and photos. What happened?” – Asked Mr. Johnson.

Craig told exactly what happened, how he was invited to the party but, as nobody talked to him, he drank too much and lost control.

“you have some shitty coworkers” – Said Mr. Johnson to Craig surprise – “listen, small dick guys like us should be more careful. If you are into SPH, I know some sites and even some girls who are into” – Craig was astounded, his boss was telling him that he also had a small dick and he liked SPH – “as for this incident, I can’t do anything as it happened out of the workplace, but if you know who uploaded the videos, I may try to make his or her life in the company a little more difficult”.

“It was Theresa” – said Craig – “I know it because she always call me Kyle and that’s the name that appears in the video. Mr. Johnson smiled – “Good, I never liked her. I don’t think she will have much time to party during the next year”.

Craig left Mr. Johnson’s office and went back to his post. He found Steve trying to clean Craig’s table. Craig saw that there was a very small dick drawn on his table and below it was written “Kyle’s tiny dick”.

“You can leave that Steve” – said Craig – “thank you for your help”.

“I am sorry. I went to have a coffee and found this when I came back. I was trying to clean it” – Said Steve.

“Do not worry, I have no idea who Kyle is” – joked Craig – “by the way, do you want to have a beer today after work” – proposed Kyle tentatively.

“I would love that” – said Steve.
