hot spring

You enter a door at random, shrugging to no one as you pop it open and step inside. There's a thick heat there as you step in, and you're barely in when the steam seems to take shape around you. The place, you realize, is a huge hot spring. That's silly to think, you realize, as a spring can't really be indoors, but all the same it does seem more like that than a bathhouse. You find yourself walking along tiles past some large pools of steaming hot water, palm trees and a variety of other plants on the other side, some of which look like they've been nibbled on. It seems like this is where the animorphs go to bathe, or at least the more civilized ones. At least, you hope they're the civilized ones, because you could easily bump into any of them here in this mist...
